My Biography: Raised in a private Christian school until his senior year, Mr. Abela has been around the Christian Faith nearly his entire life. At the age of twenty-two Mr. Abela was called to the ministry as a lay-minister where he served as a youth minister for nearly seven years and then redirected his ministry as a Missions Director, which he faithfully served as for another three years. Starting in 1996 Mr. Abela began developing software for Christian missionaries and small churches and in November of 1996 he released his first missionary-based application and had one-half dozen websites online, including one of the Top Ten Christian websites in 1996. In November of 1999 Mr. Abela started traveling to further expand his ministry outreach of ministering to pastors and churches. In November of 2001 Mr. Abela relocated to Humboldt County, California, where he has lived since then. Mr. Abela then set out to create an entire network of websites based around directly ministering to pastors and churches from web-based applications. As of November 2005, he had sixteen full-scale application-based websites, with over 25,000 members between the entire network. Mr. Abela has been able to focus 100% of his development attention on the production of Christian-Based applications ranging from his most popular website, "Assemblies of God Jobs Online", to his second most popular website, "ChristianBlog.Com". When not involved in online ministry, Mr. Abela can be found researching what he calls "messianic literalist christian" (which is what he considers himself to be), donating his time at local Teen Challenge centers, performing researching and development of outreach centers for Native American Reservations, and hiking and camping in the beautiful Redwood Trees of Northern California. -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- Personal Note #1: I get asked this at least once a week... so here is the answer for everybody Yes, I really am single.
