	“Blessed to be a blessing” My Nickname is: kiwibird I am feeling... optimistic Right now I am... recovering from having the family here for the weekend! I am a married female and am 55 years old! My Biography: Born in New Zealand of English parents, I went to England as a young woman and it was then I discovered a personal relationship with Jesus. It was some years later that I met my husband and his two beautiful little girls, and 14 weeks after we met, we married! Whilst still in England we added another daughter to the family and shortly after we came to New Zealand where we have lived ever since. There have been health issues for me all the way along, with the most recent being the need to leave my job as an early childhood teacher only a few years after completing the training. I am truly blessed, however, because I am going to be able to use my knowledge with the arrival of our first grandchild expected in September of this year. My Testimony: I became a Christian as a young woman. There have been many struggles over the years but I have known God's faithfulness and unfailing love throughout. When my youngest daughter was twelve God told me that she was no longer my daughter but his servant. She was away on a school mission trip at the time but God was speaking to her about the same things. I didn't debate the issue with God but about a month later I asked him what my role was to be. God told me that my job was to have a place for her to come home to. So, that is what I do. I have never had cause to regret my decision as I see this young woman preparing for God's service overseas. I guess what I am most aware of in the situation is the peace that I have knowing God has everything under control.
