“Jesus rules!!!”My Nickname is: nutmeg I am feeling... blessed Right now I am... working while munching on toasted peanuts heehee I am a
female and am 25 years old!
My Biography: I was born and has lived all my life in the Phlippines. I came to know Jesus through my sister who is ten years older thn I am. I started really living my life for Jesus at the age of 19. I am a single tent-maker (well not literally), working to support myself as I work for God's Kingdom. I live to win souls and make disciples. I love writing, cooking and making people pretty ;) I dream to start my own business someday; and to write a book. I want to be a part of something big-- of winning the multitudes for Christ. I dream to see the Philippines and the nations come to worship Jesus.
My Testimony: The first time I prayed the prayer to receive Jesus in my heart, I was eight. For some reason though, I had a perception that God is holding back on me-- that He doesn't want me to enjoy, have fun and be happy. I grew to become the typical "not now" Christian. I've always thought, "yeah, I would live my life for Jesus, but not now. I'll enjoy life first." as if living my life for Him was a death sentence. After 11 years of my own selfish pursuit of happiness leading to sin upon sin, I finally came to my senses. The prodigal daughter finally awoke from the madness of having to live with pigs when she can get it better in her Father's house.
After all my frustrated attempts to live "life", I found myself in my college dorm room saying to Him, "Here's my life, or at least whatever's left of it. You can have it if You still want it." And from that simple prayer of surrender, God sent people to help me grow. It has been five years since that time. I now love living my life for Jesus and I finally realized that there is no other way to really live life and live it to the fullest apart from Him. He did came to give life that we may live it to the fullest (john 10:10).
