I have had my rants about the phony faith healers and prosperity preachers and all that bunch and I would like to praise someone I watch on YouTube who impresses me greatly. He has a prophetic ministry and relates current news to prophecy about the end times. He's not a man of subtle argument or great scholarship, except as it concerns his bible, he is a man from the cornfields of Indiana who loves God and loves God's people and has a heart for the lost. His name is Paul Begley and he has several short videos on each morning about the news that is pointing to the soon return of Christ. In addition to that he has a three hour program on his website each day.
He is not one of the big names in the evangelical community or on television. His videos are home made and his "studio" is in his house. He can't always pronounce the middle eastern names of persons or cities correctly. He gets excited when someone is saved because of his ministry and he gets angry at the terrible things going on. Sometimes he is brought to tears. In his church they have healings, real biblical healings because the person is brought down front anointed with oil by the elders who lay hands on the person and pray. A child was healed of brain tumours. On a mission trip to India a woman with a tumour the size of a football was healed and the tumour was reduced to the size of an egg in twenty minutes. Paul is real and authenticate because he makes no claims for himself or his church or his ministry it is all an act of God. God saves, God gives him the understanding he needs to warn us of the soon coming of our Lord, God does the healing, not Paul or his church. He gives the praise to God. He never ask for money or donations or makes promises about miracles. But they happen because Paul is a true man of God. Not some phony wanting fame and glory and money and power. I love this man because he is true and authentic and humble and you can see the joy that is his in Jesus. Please Lord of mercy and grace give us more Paul Begleys. I pray in Jesus name and I would be more like him if you are willing, Oh, Lord!
