I have always been fascinated and looked at various methods to improve my weak or small retention memory.
Tried to practice a few times and even adopted aids to help including paying to learn but somehow lose enthusiasm after all the struggle and not winning in remembering the things I need to.

Example, write a list of things I have to do - and I cant remember where I put the list.
Remember acronyms - yes i remember the acronym but dont remember what they represent- perhaps I am doing wrong -I dont want to remember only the acronym i.e. the tool - I want to remember what I need to remember by using that tool and I forget what the acronym represents!

So frustrating but should I accept what I am and cannot change or am I not understanding what I can change?
