All Things Are Pure For Us Through Christ

"Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled. They profess they know God; but in works they deny Him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate." Titus 1:15-16

Well are we pure or not? Can we be pure? Is purity something that a human can even obtain while on this earth? Well according to God, we are either pure or we are defiled, there is no in-between, if we are pure then all things are pure to us, and if we are defiled than everything is defiled for us, even religion. God proclaims that a little leaven, will leaven the whole lump of dough, 1 Corinthians 5:6! So are we pure or are we defiled?

Hallelujah, once again Jesus to our rescue! "Who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto Himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works." Titus 2:14 We could never be pure on our own and God knew it. So He sent Jesus, Who has the strength, the will, and the ability to purify us completely, so that now all things are pure for us. That is how strong the Blood of our Savior is, it covers all! It redeems us from all iniquity and it purifies all things for us so that we may be used by our Father to produce much fruit, and it makes us eager for good works.

Now stop and look at that, Jesus makes us eager, or zealous, for good works! How many times have you spoken a scripture of real power and had somebody come back with a warning or a caution? As if we may misuse the Truth of our Father. They do this because they believe that it is the power of man, with our own strength, that is being used to carry out the purposes and will of our Father. But we don't operate in the power of human might, we operate in the power of our Lord's might. We are now more than conquerors through Christ Who loves us! Jesus is the One and only One Who makes us desire and want righteous works! And if we are saved, He will be successful through us, and if we are not saved, then even if we try to use the Truth it will be defiled. But for the saved greater is He that is within us, than he that is in the world! Jesus has made us pure so that we may be one with God just as He is one with God, John 17:21-23. We are now the body of Jesus, flesh of His flesh, and bone of His bone, Ephesians 5:30. And since we are, we are now as He is, and all things are pure for Jesus, and we are this way even when we are on this earth, 1 John 4:17. Praise God that is how strong Jesus is, He has saved us to the uttermost and through the power of His might we stand strong as He is strong! God will prevail through His children 100% of the time, and through Christ He has prevailed in making all things pure for us and He has prevailed in making us zealous for good works! Our Father may need to prune out some things, but through the Blood of Jesus, we have been made pure so that He can!

I pray that the eagerness he gives would stay and not be pushed out by my own misdirection and foolishness of heart!

Thanks for the post.

Your prayer has been answered through salvation. Look at what God prophesied through Ezekiel for us. "A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I place within you: and I will tale away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. And I will put My Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in My statutes, and ye shall keep My judgements, and do them." Ezekiel 36:26-27

Jesus is our Shepherd Who leads us in the paths of righteousness for His Names sake. Jesus is our refiners fire, God is our Gardener Who prunes out all that needs pruned. Salvation provides the A-men for you prayer! Our Father has placed His very Own Spirit within us, the Holy Spirit, and He causes us to walk in righteousness and in true holiness!

Thanks for the post

Love

Brad

One thing that rings true is that we are the weakest link. Jesus is the strongest link. When we let Him live through us, we experience all His goodness. This explains why religion tries to focus on us outside of Christ, that is the point of failure. Just as Christ in us, is the point of perfection.

Another issue is the conflict between actions and revealed truth. If our spirits are perfect in Christ, why do we fall short in our actions. A clue lies in the fact that we are "Human beings" and not "Human doings". This means that we act based on our perception of our self and not vice versa. Our real barrier to manifesting the Christ within is our unrenewed mind to the truth of our new identity in Christ.

"Love is made perfect in us in order that we may have courage on the Judgment Day; and we will have it because our life in this world is the same as Christ's." (1 John 4:17 GNB)

"For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. Your real life is Christ and when he appears, then you too will appear with him and share his glory!" (Colossians 3:3-4 GNB)

"..if any one is in Christ, that one is a new creature; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new." (2 Corinthians 5:17 MKJV)

"..he being joined to the Lord is one spirit." (1 Corinthians 6:17 MKJV)

Literal, not figurative
Reality, not associative
Your spirit, not your body
Is really "In" Christ Jesus
You can't be found
Only Him, because there God hid you
What a place to be
It is His life, not mine to live

Keep blogging my brother, we need to hear more of this truth.

Every Blessing
