I digress, I loved that show, like the time he(mr ed the horse) was playing baseball.. Where was
I ? Ok, I remember back in grade school when I learned about “penmanship” I would pratice
alot in school and when I did my homework. My mother was one of the first people that I would
see all the time writing letters. As I got older and joined the military writing letters became easy.
As I look back on 30 years of writing letters, I never cared much for reading my own letters.
Last Friday night at one of my church’s men’s meeting , my pastor was speaking about
letters and he was using 2 Corinthians 2:14-17,3:1-6 as his reference and how our lives
are like letters that people read. The question he posed to us was” what do people read
when they watch you. I dont take this as someone judging me. For example I have a neighbor
when she spoke to me recently, she said”you looked like a army guy until I seen you with your
little white dog. lol. As God moves my heart, I pray that if my daily life is a living letter, people
will read it and be inspired and encouraged to be and do the best they can and never stop
trying or dreaming and dont worry about”grammar and run on sentences.. be blessed.
