puppet show
you know i have always loved puppet shows, those talking walking, singing, dancing cloth people in which needs help to move.. just on sunday eve i watched a puppet show, at a v.b.s final celebration.. and ohh the awesome wonder of what lights, and music, and a puppet stage can bring.. and yet sometimes thay can seem so real.. as a child or as a adult a puppet can always move you, and it can expand the imagination, as well, for me as a person who works with children all her life, the old imagination is always on the run.. yes i too work with puppets but by no means a perfornessional.. and yet with the help of the human hand that puppet comes to life.. with out the human hand and voice the puppet is still and quiet.. you know we are like that with JESUS with out his hand and voice we are nothing just a rag in a heap pile.. JESUS sets our stage every day.. the only question is do we hide behind it or come out front?? what goes on behind the stage of a puppet show? well plenty, this one i saw sunday eve had many 9,10, and 11 years old behind it.. all doing a certain job.. and yet all working in harmony with the music.. even with flash lights they still had it on que.. JESUS is the light of the world and he works with many a people, he has given certain jobs to work his stage.. so what happens when we mess up and i tell you what i sure do, well the show must go on.. the puppet is still held up and is dancing, singing, and walking to the beat of the music.. imagine that first day as GOD was getting ready to create the world, how his imagination opened up, and all he did was just spoke the word and it was.. imagine GODS imagination when he created all the animals and i mean all the animals, land and sea.. just like the puppet i will put a nose here and a eye there and tail there, and a trunk for the elephant, and a beak for the birds.. and for the puppet red hair on this one and black on this one.. blue eyes for this one and green for this one.. was GODS STAGE PERFECT??? yes oh yes it was perfect all systems a go, and then what happened, the stage changed from good to bad.. darkness fell threw and GOD had to put his flashlight on stage.. the curtain closed and then opened up again..
GOD IS SO AWESOME FOLKS.. we still have that chance to work the puppet stage, just ask him what your job is..
