When I was first reading genisis in the old testiment, I couldn't help but notice God kept saying "and it was good", alot, when I went back to read it, I noticed that he said,"and it was good"
7 times, God's #,
and not only that, but on the sabbath the said, "and it was vary good".
I believe that he was telling us to examine our work, whatever
we have done each day, and appriciate the work we do each day...
taking time to enjoy what you have done, and say to yourself,"and it was vary good"
I was just thinking .
Sometimes I feel like each day, I don't get much done, but I think god is trying to show that you should appriciate your work, and enjoy the fruits of your labor,

I think taking time to realize what you do each day brings yourself to realize your work, for what good it does.
