We should take care of ourselves.
So here are some tips that might be of help to all of you!
I don't advertise anything or whatever. I just think that we should be responsible enough in taking care of our body which is a gift from God.

Health - Very Very Important Tips

-Answer the phone by LEFT ear.
-Do not drink coffee TWICE a day.
-Do not take pills with COOL water.
-Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm.
-Reduce the amount of OILY food you consume.
-Drink more WATER in the morning, less at night.
-Keep your distance from hand phone CHARGERS.
-Do not use headphones/earphone for LONG period of time.
-Best sleeping time is from 10pm at night to 6am in the morning.
-Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping.
-When battery is down to the LAST grid/bar, do not answer the phone as the radiation is 1000 times.


Here are some healthy tip for your smartness & physical fitness..
Prevention is better than cure. HEALTHY JUICES

1. Carrot + Ginger + Apple = Boost and cleanse our system.
2. Apple + Cucumber + Celery = Prevent cancer, reduce cholesterol, and eliminate stomach upset and headache.

Abhie... I would NEVER drink coffee twice a day, it just would not be in my nature to do such a thing.

And I do drink water the rest of the time.. only thing is the water has been boiled and strange brown granules added, but that still counts as water,, right? .

Awesome tips! I am a fruit and veggie nut and love to make homemade smoothies! One of my faves is a "green smoothie" with loads of fresh spinach, a variety of fruits, some acidophilus, flax, and homemade almond milk! I look forward to making each and every juice you mentioned! :-)
