X-treme make over in the Potter's hands
I really like the show Extreme House Make Over, the show relates
to how God is making over the lives of believes. God is like the host of the show he knows we are desperate need of change and our present
environment is not suitable for our lives. We are like the families representative in the show, we know something has to change, but we know the change required is beyond us.
Like the host of the show, God listens to what we desire, and then he explain he is agreement that we really do need a make over.
And like the host he (God) allows to keep certain things but everything else have to go. Why cause either it has caused decay or it is now cluttering a space.
What is unique is how the host enlist thousand of volunteers to complete the vision he has for the house, amazingly God does the same thing He enlist
circumstances, seen and unseen angelic host, and other humans to complete what He has for us.
When the crowd gathers around the family, the crowd is excited because they know what is on the other side of the bus. We are like the families excited
but have no idea what is on the other side. The bus is the final obstacle to the promise, and there have been times when I have walked away without seeing the fulfillment
of the promise. The family say to the bus "MOVE" when the bus moves the house is beyond the families dreams- God is the same way He does more than
what we can think , ask, or even imagine.
