In his holy place,
his spirit moves within,
he sooths the weary hearts,
and forgives us of our sin.
And from his thrown on high,
he looks down from the sky,
and he sees even the tiny bird,
flutter its wings and die,
And he sees you and I,
As he smiles upon a child,
who has so many lessons yet to be learned,
And he knows our every thought,
Every worry and concern.
But the corners of his mouth,
turn down to a frown,
as he sees someone crying,
and he weeps at the sound.
Could this crying person,
be YOU my friend,
is your heart hurting?
can you find no end?
Just reach out to GOD,
He's reaching out to you,
But YOU have to reach out,
to know his love is true!
So just reach out your hand,
He's waiting for you!
But you have to reach out,
He's waiting for you!!

I have written poetry for many years .
I wrote my first one in 3rd. grade for my Mom on Mother's day,
and found God had given me such a beautiful gift!!
But I have never wanted to share this gift with anyone but my family and close friends!
But here lately I've felt a calling to start sharing these poems!!
I feel as if the Lord has said to me ...
That he did'nt give me this gift to keep all to myself!!
And then my brother led me to this site...
and I've found my outlet!!
