ChristianBlog.Com Moderators Invitation
It's time to expand!
It has come time for ChristianBlog.Com to grow in the area of support and moderator team members.
As you have hopefully learned by now, ChristianBlog.Com is a website moderated by peers. Nearly every feature of our website has a "report bad content" system in place, which is used by only a small handful of people. Of course, that is because only a very small amount of content that is added to our website needs to be censored out, which is a testimony to everybody who uses ChristianBlog.Com!
None the less, there are a small handful of people who work "behind the scenes" to make sure things are running smoothly and properly, that everybody is conforming to our Global Policies, and answering technical support.
Our numbers, if you hadn't noticed, are growing by leaps-and-bounds!
In under two months of being officially online, we have gone from a few thousand page views a month to nearly two-million page views a month! We have gone from having ten or so new members a month to having nearly five hundred new members a month! The amount of new Blog Entries being added are too numerous to count, and the amount of Blog Comments are simply astronomical!
So, it is time for us to put an offer out to our community and invite some more folks into the "team" here at ChristianBlog.com
At the moment we are in need of three (3) people who would like to join our "team" as website Moderators.
Here are the requirements:
- Be (or become) (and remain) a Premier Member. -- The founder/owner of ChristianBlog.Com likes to use the phrase: "that which you invest in, is that which you invest in." There is no doubt that if you financially invest in something, you get more out of it, because you invest more time into it.
- Be at least twenty-two (22) years of age. -- Wisdom and patiences comes with age... and you'll need it to do this!
- A Christian for at least 20 months. -- A bit of spiritual maturity is required when dealing with certain situations we face as moderators of the largest Christian-based blog website on the internet.
- Have a working knowledge of all the features of ChristianBlog.Com - duh.
- Visit the website every day. -- or thereabout as necessary to perform your duties.
- Be an active member of ChristianBlog.Com for at least 30 days.
Here are the primary duties:
- View all posted content to make sure everything is "Christian and family safe".
- Communicate with other Team Members about activities at the website.
- Suspend content that is not acceptable. (you'll be explained in detail if you get accepted)
- Suspend members for violation of policies. (you'll be explained in detail if you get accepted)
- Participate in making the hard decisions about when it is time for someone's account to be terminated.
- Participate in making the hard decisions about revisions to our Global Policies.
- Provide direct feedback to those in higher-level "positions" (we use that term only in the sense of a management structure, not a paid position).
- Be accountable for the decisions you make, when you make them.
Benefits of becoming a Team Member:
- You get to be apart of the "Team" of the largest Christian-based blog website in the world!
- You get to be apart of the "Team" that leads and directs the future of this website!
- You get to be apart of the "Team" that is pushing forward the way Christian-based websites approach ministering to Christians around the world!
- You get to have direct access to those who run and operate this website!
- You get to say "your a member of the Team!" (don't laugh... people want this!!)
- You get to extend your level of ministering to others, within our website motto, "Being a website where Christians can be ministered to, and minister to others at!"
- You get to send the founder/owner of the website a pound of his favorite coffee-beans each Christmas!
Oh, ok... so, maybe not that last one... but bribery never hurt, eh! LOL
Again, at this time, we are looking for three people who would like to step-forward and join our Team. It takes us about two or three weeks to really "train" someone on how we operate behind the scenes, so we are going to start bringing on new Team Members as often as is necessary, as the website continues to grow! This first group of people will be able to really help us define how we operate the website, so be looking forward to some exciting stuff over the next few weeks and months!
Are you a licensed pastor and ministering in a church?
On a final topic (off-topic if you will) we would especially like to invite any pastors that are out there to consider joining a new team we want to put together, exclusively for pastors!
We have been discussing (in-house) setting up some unique new ideas for pastors, and we could use some of you guys to help refine our ideas and put them into place!
So, if you are a pastor, and to perhaps expand your own online ministry, and help minister to the thousands of people who use ChristianBlog.Com, we invite you to contact us!

If you meet the qualifications to join, are willing to submit to the requirements to join, and would like to submit your application, please send us (support) a private message (if you do not know how to do this, you do not meet the qualifications to join!) and sometime in the next week we will look over everybodies applications and go from there!
