God Does Not Desire We be Ignorant

For what is our Hope? Our Hope is in Jesus and the redemptive works He completed at the cross of Calvary and God raising Jesus from the dead making Jesus the first fruits of a new creation and giving Him the name which is above all names, the only name given under heaven among men by which man must be saved.

There is only one Way and Jesus is the Way. He is the narrow Way spoken of in Scripture. Although many more men have come into the world than the accumulative total of the grain of all the sands of the seas and deserts combined, there is salvation found in only One, Jesus, the Son of God.

This is true for you, it is true for me, and it is true for every human who comes into this world. Therefore, brethren, put an end to your silly arguing over doctrines and differences found between our denominations and assemblies.

God does not desire that we be warring with one another. Has God not said: “But if anyone is ignorant, let him be ignorant” ? Now, are you ignorant or can you see God is telling us not to allow differing opinions concerning non-essentials to come between us?

We, all of us who are saved, are members of His body. Is He pleased when members of His body are grumbling and complaining about each other or when they accuse and defame one another?

If you really believe you are defending the faith and pleasing God through warring with your brother then with your own finger plunge it into your own eye. Now, having done this, how pleased are you? You say silly? Are you not doing the same thing to Jesus when you attack your brother?

Or is it that you really don’t posses faith? You argue the Word of God amongst one another with much passion. However, when you war with one another, I wonder if you truly have the Word of God in your heart or is it only intellectual ammunition being used as a weapon to destroy the hope in one who God has saved through the shed blood of Jesus, His Son.

Who are you, ole man? The apostle who Jesus chose to plant His Church among the gentiles said: “Therefore, from now own, we regard no one according to the flesh . . .” .

Now how could apostle Paul say this? Is it not because: “if One died for all; then all died” ? Furthermore, because God “made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.” Jesus is this One. The One who became your sin and my sin that you and I might become the righteousness of God in Him.

Brother, when you defame your brother you are defaming the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.

Love one another. Share with one another in peace, in humbleness, in gentleness, in kindness, in grace and in mercy with understanding. In doing this we can share all things with one another being an example of Him who has saved us while giving glory, honor, and praise to God our Father and Jesus, our Lord and Savior.

Blessings to all,
Tch

  Amen tch,

Romans 12:5 "so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another."

John 13:35 "By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Galatians 5:13-15 " For you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another. 14 For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” 15 But if you bite and devour one another, beware lest you be consumed by one another!"

In Him,
kogfamily

Good blog. How true and obvious this type of behavior is; how sad that it is not obvious to those who participate.

I grieve a similar and yet not so obvious behavior. It is that which is cloaked in sweet words of concern and protection for others. It often comes from sincere believers who are convinced they are defending the truth. They sow seeds of doubt and suspicion about others, disregarding all apparent fruit, and tear down the work of the Lord. May God expose this working of the spirit of perversion that twists words to minds and hearts and causes division and destruction.

Blessings,
Barb
