Certainly not last or least or perhaps the most important item...!
And we haven't forgotten our youngsters who are graduating from High School or Colleges. We are mid-way through the year and what a better time than this time to plan ahead for future endevours. The bible says that a son who does not sow in spring or sleep during harvest is a shame to his parents. We want to congradulate all those who have finished the course and kept those homework assignments coming. We triumph with you all who have honor in grades and trophies.
But perhaps there one or two of you who did not finish with all the good grades or got the ribbon or wonderful diploma this time. But this is also a time a triumph for you if you kept the faith and still believe God will bring you into the winners circle. I'm certainly certain that God will bring you into the winners circle. So what ever your circumstance I want to congraduate you and what ever effort you put in on your part to have success. But even if everything went haywire and you crashed the program.
You must understand that God is with you and you will win with him. Perhaps you thought he abandon you in finals or you just couldn't put it together 'for a kill' this sememster. The game is about growth. You know Einstein was told six times when he was a youngser that he would never amount to anything and you know what he did for Science. Even in his latter years he sustained among his athiest colleagues that ' God is not malicious'. Some tempted him saying why don't you stick with probability and chance to solve the mystery to your questions?
He said no. God is a God of order, all my science tells me so. "God is not malicious" and would not leave our destiny to chance. So you see dear youngster, young man or miss. The game is not over. The bible tells that God will win this game, even the game of life. And like I've said perhaps you are not Ivy League or couldn't afford the best colleges. You are in the game if your teacher and coach is God. God doesn't know how to loose a battle and he never has lost a single one.
So rejoice and give thanks- this graduation day is a day the Lord has made! And if you have to regroup an take evasive manuevers to attack the enemy in a more pronounce way, God will be with you if you put your trust in him. If you made the Lord you helper you shall not want in any respect. So go to him now and give him thanks and tell him you plans for future. May you be blessed. Amen.
