Something to refresh your, my memory...
Like we've said this pandemia and rampant trouble is just a little cue card to remind us of the ominence of God and it's intended to wake us up to what time it is in the world clock. It is certainly not time to fall asleep, scoff or postpone turning to God. All this trouble is for our good. Hard to believe I would say, but God wants to spare us from eternal banishment from his good glory. We started writing a new line of blogs, but we are not adding to what the bible already tells. Paul states that the gospel is hid but only for those who are perishing in their sins.
One of the greatest evil Satan has concocked together is the theory of evolution? Yes and no, the gospel of secular humanism. We are still carrying around this homework that we still need to become holy by doing something for God. And certainly God wants obedience. God says that the beginning of wisdom is the fear of God. Yes it is wise to fear God because he is not a respecter of person nor does he form any club of exclusion or inclusion. God is totally fearful and for our own good we should take heed how we walk in this last days.
No we don't have to do anything to have eternal life, because it's a free gift from God. He's done it all for us since before the world was our Lord was slain on our behalf. And the test will come to see if you really belive you are saved by grace and not any works. We still carry this mandate around to reform society and mankind, but it is impossible to make straight what God has made crooked. And man is crooked and full of crooks. But you can get off the idea of secular huminism, which crept christian circles and it's a new form of something that we had for a long time. It's been around since he cradle of civilization.
This new old religion God calls in Revelations, Mystery Babylon, the mother of all abominations. But it's just a form of secular humanism where man still has hope to reform his way and become good. Like if it was possible. And some christian circles teach holiness by works, even salvation by work. Not really depending on the sacrificial work of Christ on the Cross. And the anti-christ will set fire to the church Babylon to test it to see if they, I rely on Christ or on how obedient I can be.
You heard it tons before, the beast will require me to accept a sort of mark with his number in order to buy a hamburger. He will take me hostage to test wheter I trust God has set me free or do I have to obey one more time to be saved. And those who rather starve than disobey he will do bad things to them. But we don't have to take this man seriously in a sense, because truly nothing we do can separate us from the love we share in Christ. This something we have to understand to avert that coming trouble. We don't have to test our faith more than it is daily. May you be blessed. Amen.
