The hard look we have to take to really understand...

Something we don't see thing like we should. Sometimes in our conventional way we expect the Lord to act or think the same way. Or perhaps answer our prayers in the way we expect. But God says my ways are not your ways or my thoughts like your thoughts. We get into an idealistic trip where if something is not the old way it is not acceptable. The truth is not conventional in any way.

How God is going to take care of your next meal is not conventional at all. In the old testament we have King David and the prophets crying out to God to deliever them and to reinstate them and to bring them back to their inheritance. But when the solution came or comes, they did not believe it and we don't believe sometimes that sometime our next meal can be out of the soup kitchen or that the way the Lord is going to take care of you is by chemo-therapy or insulin.

The glory of science and technology and advancement thereof is all a miracle of God and not of man. Not it is not everyday that we can call fire from heaven and destroy the wicked or raise the dead in a single pass. But how about the sun how it keep the earth warm just at the right temperature. Or the sky, the stars whose light take light years to take here land here just at the right time to light the sky tonight.

But no, God is not conventional at all and his wisdom is unsearchable. We have university professor who really don't know anything, but then they know something that help the interest of the poor wheter that was their intention or not. But the invention of Penicilliin has been the bliss of many of people. But it all glory has to be given to God. When Moses called some to build the tabernacle in the wilderness the bible tells that God put the craft into the hands of some to able to do the handiwork.

No, if we only begun to understand how awesome God is we would have thanked him for that policeman who patrols or that teacher that teaches or that nurse that takes your temperature. I just think this idealism is just a device of the devil to overlook God completely and ignore all the wonderful things he does for us and that we take for granted like if it was nothing to thank for at all. May you be blessed. Amen.

I just like to say that it brought me great peace and blessings to write this blog. Sometimes ignoring to say our little thankyou can be a tell-a-tale of a bigger problem. In Romans 1:21-22 it says, "...Because that, when they (We) they knew God, they (We) glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened...Professing to be wise, they became fools..."

So this matter is not a mystery to God and should not be for us either. Thanks!. Bye
