If you have ever read Psalm 117 you have most likely noticed that it is really short. Another excellent feature is that it is blunt and to the point. I have been reading and praying and praying about a lot of things that really got my noodle working. In Matthew there is a parable of the salt and the light. It explains as followers of Christ we must set an example for others to follow but it also means we should be out talking with people. I started texting the 6 closest people I know verses every day, followers of Christ and not. And I received a wonderful response from both. I feel Christians need to be proud of their faith and every opportunity they have they should spread the good word, straight out of the bible! We tend to put ourselves in a comfort zone with our church community and don't venture to far from it. But i also agree a strong tie to your church is very important. How much more effective would we be if we told one person a day, a stranger, a simple verse? I learned this from a boss who always asked himself, "did...

I Felt The Spirit |

Last night was amazing! I felt the spirit! I saw him in a dream, and it was amazing! I just told my friends, and they all said what I experienced was 'placebo'? I don't understand what 'placebo' is, but I don't think my dream was that. I think it was a message from heaven. What do you all think?
In my dream I saw what looked like God sitting on a throne. There were monks surrounding him singing 'Praise be your name!', and there was a river flowing around him that was crystal clear. He stood up and said 'Jacob, I'm with you always'...It was the most amazing thing I had ever experienced.
Have any of you guys had dreams about God? Or had God talk to you in some way? How was it? Did it feel amazing? I can't wait to hear what you all have to say! Have a good day.

I heard this voice say in my dream "put my daughter down" in a soft voice tone, and everything went quiet for a few seconds than I heard the voice again "put my daughter down" but this time it was a little bit louder. Than again it went quite for a few seconds, and then the last time i heard it again but this time it was real loud and authoritive like thunder "satan put my daughter down" and he did than i woke up.
The holy spirit spoke to me never put a capital on satan or devil!!!!!!!!! because he is not important GOD!! is the reason i write this because i see alot of books with capital s and d for satan and devil.
Christains think that they can do things that are wrong to other christians and cant be taken to court e.g abuse but i believe they are wrong they should be still taken to court God was talking about disputes not crime!!! because im a solo parent and the lawyer said that solo parents do not usally win but i won the case because God went before me....

Ever since I was a little girl, I've always known that my passion is music. I love to sing, play the piano, and am hoping to get into guitar. I also love listening to music. Especially rock 'n' roll. I've been raised in a Christian family all my life and have always gone to church - but I never believed. When I starting getting into rock 'n' roll (which was about a year an a half ago), I started getting morally and spiritually worse and worse. One day, I was tired of living in sin and corruption, so I got saved (which was yesterday!), and I have never been so happy before. I'm still addicted to rock 'n' roll, even though I know that it's ruining me. When I first got saved, I was so happy and on fire for God, untill I started listening to my iPod. Ever since then I have felt terrible, like there's still something that needs to be gotten rid of in my life for it to be complete. I prayed and read the Bible, and I could only think of my music. I was asleep, but my heart/spirit was still sensitive to the voice of the Lord. I heard him speak to my spirit, knocking at my heart's door:
"I slept but my heart was awake. Listen! My lover is knocking" (Song of Songs 5:2).
What he said was a further revelation which he had been opening up to me for some time: the matter of perspective and its crucial role in living one's life in accord with truth. Though not wanting to wake up fully in the middle of the night, I did force myself to do so and write down what I had just seen, so that I would not forget it and lose this treasure from the Lord. If he thought it was worth interrupting my sleep at 2:30 in the morning, it seemed prudent not to ignore the message. I now pass that message on here.

And we haven't forgotten our youngsters who are graduating from High School or Colleges. We are mid-way through the year and what a better time than this time to plan ahead for future endevours. The bible says that a son who does not sow in spring or sleep during harvest is a shame to his parents. We want to congradulate all those who have finished the course and kept those homework assignments coming. We triumph with you all who have honor in grades and trophies.
But perhaps there one or two of you who did not finish with all the good grades or got the ribbon or wonderful diploma this time. But this is also a time a triumph for you if you kept the faith and still believe God will bring you into the winners circle. I'm certainly certain that God will bring you into the winners circle. So what ever your circumstance I want to congraduate you and what ever effort you put in on your part to have success. But even if everything went haywire and you crashed the program.

Like we've said this pandemia and rampant trouble is just a little cue card to remind us of the ominence of God and it's intended to wake us up to what time it is in the world clock. It is certainly not time to fall asleep, scoff or postpone turning to God. All this trouble is for our good. Hard to believe I would say, but God wants to spare us from eternal banishment from his good glory. We started writing a new line of blogs, but we are not adding to what the bible already tells. Paul states that the gospel is hid but only for those who are perishing in their sins.

Well let me tell you God Jesus is with you. Why do you think God says that the wages of sin is death and eternal banishment. I admire you effort to speak out for the unborn. I really want to tell you this.
I would hope there would be more youngster who think like you do. But suppose God was to grant you your request for moral leader who really has a head on his shoulders and really put his foot down on abortion.
But I must say there's no morality or virtue with discipline. And suppose this new leader really likes the bible and the old testament and he or she passes a law to put capital punishment on abortion offenders.
And 10 year of hard labor in prison for smoking marijuana and force marriage for promiscious sex offenders. Now this new moral leader really hates sin and is willing to banish to hell those who break the
law. What is you scenario for the youth under that regime or godly nation. Would the youth have the teachable heart that would make them obey this new moral leader who is serious and cares for the unborn?

After we blogged on pandemia and the ourbreak of civil disobedience and massaquers in say Mexico, I made a new friend who I think God wanted her to pray for me for a new line of blogs. I did not know what it was then, but it has become clearer now on what the Lord wants to tell our youth and society in general. It seems there's a new world order of discontent and ungrateful children and youth and society in general. A new line of unthankful subjects inhabit our world who do not please God.
Like I said this new freind had to be youth to pray for her comtemporaries. And I did not expect this result. And this new brand of youth is unthankful, rebellious, insolent and a plain monster. The gosple makes him and her yawn and scoff as being boring. But the gracious God is ready to act and bring the closure. God loves the children and unrespectable children is total abomination to God. And we are seeing the fruits, kingdom rises agains kingdom, christians agaist non christians, youth against adults and so on, and now the pandemia.

I had a dream about one month ago. There was lots going on. Just the major details: I was in a large city and I had a line of young school children and I was trying to quickly lead them to safety inside of a big building. Meanwhile, their was a big water bay area and it was a huge ship with our U.S. men and women of congress. I am not sure what was wrong with the boat...it had something to do with their decisions and money and other things...anyway they were in real danger and the mood of my dream was like real frantic and trying to get away from the scene of the huge ship/boat. So then I see a helicopter that is flying over the water toward the ship to save the congressmen. Then the helicopter crashes down into the water, disappears and up comes a very very large bat like creature and it lands on the boat and basically the congressmen were at the mercy of this evil being. When we wrote our last blog on the rejoicing of the gospel, perhaps some may have misunderstood me or the message. I drove home my new 2009 Ford Escape at a give away price, 0 dollar down, the lowest interest rate in all the region. I ate a sumptious meal at Golden Corral, I only gave the tip which someone else provided. I got out off the dryer my new denim wrangler denim pants which my cousin from Mexico gave to me at a Mall outlet. I went to the store and had a cold bubbly diet Coke to my fancy. Great peace I have with those who hate me. And now listen to my 160 dollar ipod I found and bought at 49, listening to my favorite radio station which plays my favorite songs.

The answer is no it is not possible to sin in your dreams. Please keep in mind 3 things;
1) The enemy cannot read our thoughts but he can put thoughts in our minds. It is when we accept those thoughts and meditate on them that we then have a problem. we are required to cast them down as they enter our minds therefore no sin. Now we are not able to cast them down until we are awake
2) Your suboncious mind collects info from things we have thought about and those that we also have not thought about. Here is a place that dreams can begin
3) God gives us dreams and visions. For example i was flying with my father on a plane that he was piloting and all was well. Then i tried to fly and i begun to flap my wings (arms) and i took of but only just off the ground and continued to battle. Well i woke up later and the scripture came to me "you will mount up with wings as eagles"

Adventures of an 18 year old
18, I feel 18 again. However at 37 I certainly do not look 18, perhaps 25 - but not 18. LOL. When I revisit 18 I revisit crazy late nights, a cool summer job, speeding tickets, my first real heartbreak and a ticket out of town - college. Speaking for all of us, a chance to go back and change our younger years would be an adventure, a crazy, exotic adventure. What would I change? The list is endless for my mistakes were many. Recently I enjoyed a wonderful dream in which I met my late father in a field of grain. He stood there with the most peaceful expression and grain surrounding him about waist deep. He looked at me and said, "The harvesters are few." I remember nothing else of my dream, and I cannot explain why my beloved Dad would challenge me with these words. I would have expected such a dream to include the Lord Jesus giving such a message but the meaning of the dream was no less potent.
I pray each night that the Lord will increase my burden for the lost. I believe the followers of Christ must step forward to win souls. At risk may be ones dignity, friends, time, effort and reputation. However, the importance of the message exceeds any personal cost or retribution. The harvest of souls for the Lord by those who have accepted God's gift of eternal salvation is not an option but a duty. First weekend in december 2008, I laid down to sleep. All of a sudden I was sitting on the edge of the bed, reading a book about Jesus and his father about how they have triumphed against evil throughout time. Then from behind me came the voice of Jesus, he said "hurry up and finish reading my book"! I was astounded and turned around to look over my shoulder...immediately he grabbed me from behind, underneath my armpits and lifted me clear off the bed! My whole body was vibrating from his touch. Then I woke up and to my surprise my entire body was still vibrating. Immediately, I knelt at the side of my bed and asked "what should I do" he said "be masterful", again I asked what should I do? he said "be free" then I asked how can I feel like this all the time? When I was wandering in the wilderness of agnosticism before my conversion, I had a dream that made such a vivid impression on me that I wrote it down after awakening. I had dreamed that I was crawling through a long, dark tunnel, at the end of which I could see a very bright light. My kid brother, 15 years old at the time, read my account of the dream and gave me his interpretation of it. He told me that the light at the end of the tunnel was God. I thought this simply amusing at the time, because I was not a believer then and gave no credence to any interpretation of dreams other than those of the atheist Freud. Seven years after this dream however, the Lord revealed himself to me and knocked me off my high horse as He had Paul on the road to Damascus. Speaking With God and his message |

I was wondering if anyone has had a dream recently where they were speaking directly with God. I believe in God very much and was raised Catholic but don't attend church every Sunday. I have felt closer to God when I am surrounded by his beauty and nature outdoors...Rather than in a building. (Which I'm sure is not all that uncommon.)
However if you put me in a room with 1000 people and ask me who the most religious people are in that room...I feel I may be towards the bottom of the list.
That is why my Dream last night was so monumental.
Afterwards I felt like; Why Me? Why am I so special that God took time to speak with me directly? Who am I to help pass his message along? And today I realize...It is because I am me!
I was wondering if anyone else has spoken to God recently in a Dream and if he passed a message along to them as well...more to come......

Risen, with healing in His wings |

My baby (Jordan) developed a middle ear infection, which resulted in loads of crying, fevers, unwillingness to eat and obviously a lot of pain.
The first course of antibiotics never cleared the infection up, which the Doctors were puzzled about as it was a strong course.
So off we started on the second lot and I really prayed for a healing from God as I did not want to resort to grommets!
Everyday throughout the day, during work and whatever I was doing, I would silently pray for healing for my little one. One verse from Psalms I find particularly beautiful is "...the Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in His wings..." and I always included it in my prayers. It really conjures up a beautiful picture in one's head!
So, the one day, while playing with Jordan, she kept looking past me, upwards and laughing and smiling. When I looked to what she was focusing on, there was nothing there! A bit freaky, but she obviously found something amusing.
That night, I dreamt an angel came to me and said, "Jordan was laughing and smiling because Jesus was showing her what the wings look like!"

Hello, Last night I dreamth of flying again as I have done so many times in the past. This time I was walking at night and I reached my destination. After a while I realized I needed to get back since it was a far walk so I decided to fly back. I lifted myself as usual and fly. I was so excited I started flying all over the world, I saw oceans, mountains, and then I started flying higher than I usually would and I when I look up from where I was I saw Heaven. I was so shock I started flying back to earth but as I started flying back I had alread entered into Heaven. I was in a home/office where there was a handful of men and women who seem to be working in their office, but at the same time they were at home. Their home was decorated with a lot of ornaments. I ask them for direction to see Jesus and they give me the direction also we had a conversation and I asked them a question--what was the name of ?????. I dreamed that the church (Paterson,NJ) was full. Every single bench and every space was full to capacity and there were even people standing in the walk ways. Everyone and anyone were there because we were gunned down by terrorist. The terrorist were dressed in black and dark green cloths and they had the army-type guns. They told us that we could not leave and if we tried to leave, we would be killed. There wasn't no longer a higher authority in the United States; no cops, no homeland security; not even a president! So all everyone did and all we could do was to pray and praise Yahweh. Taking our chances my mother and I tried to escape. All of a sudden, I was in the car with my mother and I was put the gas petal all the way down to get away as fast I as I could. The gunmen were running after us while shooting. I ran into another car; however, my mother and I didn't get hurt; I just kept driving and driving. A Stroll through Leviticus Street... |

Walking throught the pages of the bible it is like walking or taking a stroll in the city at night. We see the bright lights and the music coming out of the recreation places and the dancing halls. We pass throught the restaurants and the places where we have to rush our step. And we pass the businesses, some open and some closed for the night. Some of Gods' people even after hours are still busy walking and coming into the pages and passages of the bible.
Some other close down early and turn in for the night. Some go for a night-cap, one more thing the Lord want to tell them before they go home to slumber. Some take to dancing and singing, celebrating all night for them they cannot never have enough of God word, feasting, drinking in his precepts, giving themselves totally absorved by the lights and sound of this place the bible.
Yet there are some place we should not go and there's place where we have to stop and come on for a while. Yes the Lord tell us in like Leviticus the thing we should do and the things we by all mean should...

Dream Woke Me Up Last Night |

Has this happened to anyone? Last night (2/9/09) while I was in a sound sleep, all of a sudden it was like the Lord entered
my bedroom in a flash, and then He left. The reason I say the Lord is because I had two other incidences
like this before. Another time, which was maybe back in 2002, I was talking on the phone to my Christian friend and
out of the corner of my eye I saw this same bright light. It was like the Lord opened my bedroom door for a second,
only the door was closed, and all this beaming bright light bursted thru and then it was gone. Then the first time I saw
this bright silvery light was in 1993, before I became a born again Christian. This dream was so real that it scared
me into thinking the world was ending that week, that I went out and bought a Bible.
This is how it went. When it first happened, I thought, I better write this dream down, but it's never left me and I can

Hi,
I am wondering if there is anyone that has had a dream come to fruition at an advanced age and in the process of it coming to pass, caused much doubt and anxiety. As I write this I am in the process of fulfilling a life long dream of becoming a doctor. I am over 50 years old and am finding the fulfillment of my dream to be a major obstacle and one that has not been easy nor fulfilling! I find myself questioning God and often asking myself if I really did hear God correctly, (especially now when I am studying to take the step 1 exam and can't seem to remember a thing) or was it just my own desire that pushed the door open. I have often thought of thowing in the towel, and calling it a day, however, that thought also causes me to question if that is what God wants or is it my own desire. I once heard that "despair... .is turning ones back on God". I am troubled that doubt has stormed into my life and has taken up residency in my mind. I pray and read the word of God daily......

What if...Life is the foreplay of death than is death the climax of life?
What if...The voice in your head is truly god speaking, what would it take for you to believe?
What if...God really is standing right in front of you, how long would you rub your eyes?

Have you ever sat back and had a conversation with yourself, thought something thru, or just tried to justify a situation? Who is it your really speaking with? Is it your subcocious, your consious, or your will. Whats really more important, the conversation or the label placed on it? In my life I have been bleesded with a number of magical or miracalus experiences. I've shared these experiences with so many people and on each occasion I have shared the same experience differently. You see I have come to the realization that altough we all speak the same language, we all speak it quite differently. Lately it seems that there are more and more times when I have been getting my reality and my dreams confused. When these times or experiences happen I always take a breath and search in prayer for the message in all of it. Then who is really to say that my dreams are not just another form of reality, a way for god to answer youre prayer and let you watch the outcome before you get a chance to make up your mind about the prayer. Like a practice run if you will or how about a rough draft, giving you a chance at as many rewrites as you need to get the prayer right before you take into reality. Why should we be so afraid of our dreams and why should we deny the fact that dreams can be a miracle, a way to see those that have left us, a way to fly without wings, and the chance to realize that you truly can move mountains with the faith of a mustard seed. Does anyone out there have a penchant for dreams?
I can't remember my first dream - I am sure it was probably when I was a baby - my mom said it was gas, but I think as much as I dream, I had to have started young. I do remember later on after my fifth year that I would dream quite often about fighting with my siblings. I was a first born, so when my sister and brother and then horrors... another sister arrived, I was in a fighting mood. To make matters worse, I am a Sanguine personality, so for those of you who understand the four temperments, I needed, wanted and demanded attention. I was barely out of diapers when I made it clear that when I entered a room, everyone laughed at my antics, commented on how smart I was and generally just oogled over all the things I could do. Not much has changed in 51 years. I'm still a ham. Unfortunately I look like one too but that's another story.

My Beloved brethren,
What I am about to talk about may be strange to many of us. Many Christians consider the issue of encountering God to be an Ailce-in-Wonderland tale or a figment of an individual's imagination. But it is true that one can hear the voice of his/her Maker.
I intend to be sharing with you various experiences I have had wth the Lord and I believe that with the help of the Holy Spirit, our eyes of understanding will be opened. The Christian journey would be more interesting if only we can hear the voice of the Lord. Problems and challenges of life will mean nothing to us, and we can walk with full assurance that He is with us. Hearing God will always make us to be joyful in time of pains and affiliction, a phenomenon that will make unbelievers and doubters of God around us to ask questions on what has been keeping us going.
Hearing the voice of your Maker can give you a sweatless victory.

A Dream... |

A Dream...
In my dream, I'm on a large field, with two horses in it. From a distance, each horse looks like every other horse. But I stop and start walking toward one of them... I notice something quite amazing.
Looking into the eyes of this horse I see that he is blind. His owner has chosen not to have him put down, but has made a good home for him. This alone is amazing.
Nearby and listening... I hear the sound of a bell... Looking around for the source of the sound, I see that it comes from the smaller horse in the field.
Attached to her halter is a small bell. It lets her blind friend know where she is, so he can follow her.
As I stand and watch these two friends... I see how she is always checking on him, and that he will listen for her bell and then slowly walk to where she is, alwyas trusting that she will not lead him astray.
Then she returns to the shelter of the barn, she stops occasionally and looks back, making sure her friend isn't too far behind to hear the bell.

Once I read James 3, Taming the Tongue, and I had an image from God. It was an odd vision: It was the coliseum, and there was an Eagle, with the Armor of God on. He was battling a tongue that was surrounded by demons and evil spirits. It was laughing at the eagle because it was glowing with the radiance of God. The eagle was not shaken and was ready to fight. The tongue ran towards the eagle and jumped on top of the eagle. The eagle still wasn't shaken. He knew God was with him.

I sit and wonder why america is slowly letting go of God and turning their backs. I was watching a show on tv talking about Christians are being silence. A highschool student was to write a speech on what helped her get her to where she was for graduation. She was a christians so like many Jesus Christ and the Lord God gets you through a lot. So she wrote most on that then on her family and teachers. She turn in her speech to be reviewed everything about her believe in God was marked out when she got her speech back. Instead of rewriting it she when with what she believed. While she was doing her speech she was able to say a few words about Jesus Christ before that turn her micphone off. Perhaps your mind is scrambling trying to remember what news story I'm talking about -- what tragedy could have possibly claimed so many lives. No, what I'm talking about didn't make the news, because approximately 51,000 people die every night around the world while you and I sleep. And that's just one third of the 153,000 people who die each day on this planet.
Think about that. 153,000 people slip into eternity every single day. In fact, about 500 people will step from this life into... heaven or hell... by the time you finish reading this post.
The reality of this really gripped me several years ago after experiencing what can only be described as the most vivid dream I have ever had in my life. It was also the most terrifying dream I've ever had -- not in a "Friday the 13th" sense, but on a level so deep that it struck the very core of my entire existence like a lightning bolt.

I was lost in my worship time this morning, just singing and praising the Lord. I was listening to Misty Edwards, as I have been doing a lot lately and the song People Get Ready came on. All of the sudden, in my mind I could see myself standing on top of the world, as if the world had some sort of stage or platform on it, and I was shouting the words to the song. Below me was a sea of people as far as my eye could see, and above me was the Jesus and the heavenly host. I felt suspended somewhere between the two worlds. As I was shouting the words of the song to the people below me, some were lsitening to me and were responding in praise to God, others didn't even act like they knew I was up there, and were moving about going through the motions of life. I'm climbing a mountain! I'm climbing and climbing. Higher and higher. Arrows shooting at me from all directions. Arrows of doubt, vanity, fear, condemnation, so many, and some might even have hit me. But I'm climbing, for I have this hope in my heart that when I reach the top I will be refreshed. I also have this assurance that Jesus is with me. Climbing, climbing, and climbing, higher and higher.

Last night was a mess. Totally stressed, depressed, and bordering on the insane was I. But I won't get into the Why's about that. My life is a wreck, that is all you need to know about that. A coulple weeks ago i had this very strange dream tht i believe came from God.
In my dream, i was at school. It was a normal Friday morning in Pre-Algebra. My teacher, Mrs. Barksdale, had just passed out a test when i heard gun shots coming from the hall way. All of a sudden a man in camoflage ran into our room shooting his gun in the air shouting, "Nobody move!! I have a bomb!!"
Some of us such as i was too scared 2 move, but others got the courage to go under the tables and hide. It took me a while, but i soo found out that the gunman had my vice-princible, Mr. Hodges under his arm with a gun to his head.
"Everyone out!" shouted the gunman. Everyone was paralized by fear. Mrs. Barksdale gained the courage to speak. "listen to what the man is saying," she says. "everyone, in an orderly line, file out into the halls."

I was in Heaven, it was a courtroom setting and satan the accuser was there and God the Judge was on the throne hearing the case...
I was at the defendants table and the accuser/plaintiff was pleading his case before the Judge. He was so proud and pompous. Arrogantly strutting himself.
I then realized it was a parallel dream concerning me and my life on one hand and Israel on the other...
While I listened satan was explaining why he had legal right to the ground that he had taken. He was pleading his case against me and the sickness in my body or circumstances in my life because he had legal grounds to attack my life due to unrepentant sin in my life. He was going down his list of accusations against me. And I knew the things he was saying were true. And I felt so guilty.
On the other side he was pleading his case against Israel on how Israel hadn't acknowledged or accepted Jesus and what Jesus had done for them. And he was explaining by what law he was justified in holding ground not only ground in my life but in the land of Israel....

hi. during the course of my life i have had dreams(from the Holy Spirit) which have been a revelation of the future. usually for me personally, and usually after the event happens that it clicks and i realise, hey! thats what i dreamt. it usually prepares me for a time of pain or encouragment. In July 2003 a good friend of My Husband & I was in BAD car accident. No one really knows what happened, but her SUV topped a small hill, possible went airborne, crossed the road, & struck a huge tree! My dear 20 year old Friend & her beautiful 8 month old daughter died as a result, just about a mile from her home (with her parents). This event has totally changed everyone I know & everything about my life! Most importantly My Friends Mother!!! I have always been aware of the pain & suffering that a mother battles with when they survive a child(and a granddaughter in this case). I believe that God sent me a vision to start a faith based toy company, he even gave me a niche. I am not soliciting any support of any kind, I just want to know what the believers think? So, here's my story.
I was sitting in my church, and at the end of service I said to myself, "I would love to take my Bishop home with me. I could create a miniature doll of him and press a button, then listen to his Biblical messages repeatedly." Soon thereafter, God laid it on my heart to start a faith-based toy company and market "Heroes of the Bible" (David, Esther, Moses, etc.) and Spiritual Leaders of today. I had a vision. On a night where I had been praying in tears for my pastors as they faced spiritual warfare within our church. This is my vision.
There is a mountain, very rocky, with a peak. At the peak is a fortress with walls, possibly a city. It is a long way off in the distance. At the bottom of the mountain is fire, a raging fire preventing access to the top of the mountain. In front of the fire, there is a vicious dragon pacing back and forth guarding the mountain. There is a road that leads towards the dragon to the mountain. On this road is an army of lions marching towards the dragon. An army of male lions with their great manes flowing.
I was uncertain about the exact meaning of the vision at first. Initially, I thought that this represented our pastors being separated from our congregation by Saten. He had introduced warfare in our church to separate some from their faith by testing their faith. Unfortunately some have fallen away. lately ive been having a dream that the world is gonna end. its starts off with me at home then im on my bed sitting down relaxing. then i start searching for my mom but she aint there and the only one im with is my uncle and aunt. so i didnt realy think anything as i leave the house i noticed that the sky is getting darker every hour. all the kids are in are in the wierd abandon hospital well the ones that didnt seem as if they were christians. but as im walking down the street looking at everything around me crazy things are happening. but there are grown men trying to get with kids and people are driving drunk. its like the whole world went to destruction.

I seldom speak of, much less write on, my spiritual battles. I have to relate this one because of its intensity, and later, the dream that followed.
I am at a loss where to begin; I want to explain my experience with such things and my understanding of putting on the armor of God to stand against evil. I had a dream but I don't really know what it means at all. I was sweeping my kitchen floor and went outside to leave the broom, and all of a sudden it got really windy. I couldn't even close the door. I went in and realized I left the dustpan in the house, so I went outside. I went outside and saw a lady coming next door, but I don't have neighbors because they moved out. I though in my mind she'll figure it out. I went inside my house into my parents rooms and saw a huge waves through the window, like a tsunami. In my mind at that time all I remember saying was "God help me and forgive me for what I've done." I ran into my room where my younger sister was at. I told her to go look outside the window, because we were going to drown. She looked outside and freaked out. I grabbed her wrist and ran into the living room. I woke up this morning very nervous. Last night I had some pretty bad dreams. I dreamed there was a fire I could see the smoke from the distance. I ran to check it out and found that it was naomi on fire. I was upset and crying, but there were some people there they were pulling me away from her and screaming. I looked up and saw four tornados coming down out of the sky. The people had a baby and we were trying to get the baby out of there for some reason I don't understand. We ran away. There was a person there that was trying to take the baby away and a sword cut the persons face off. I woke up then. I woke up nervous and unsettled.
I went ahead with my day. It was a very busiy day off for me. Naomi had a vet appointment for the second in her shot series. She did very well and was the perfect lady.
I got one of the four puppies prepped to go to her new home. She got a bath and a brushing. I loaded her up in the carry crate, she did not...

I Had Two Dreams in my Life I Feel Strongly were Actually From/of God
(Not 100% Dogmatic About it)
but if God ever Gave me specific dreams these two were it
One I was Like at my 1 Pastors(Chuck Smith of Calvary Chapel)'s
"Mansion" in heaven just sorta Hang'n out w/ him & a small crowd or his company ya might say
But the one I wanna tell ya about
believe it or Not
I was on a roller-coaster in Heaven
(Perhaps allegoric is the dream, Perhaps not)
But I shared it once on yahoo questions & answers
& someone said they had the Same Dream for what that's worth
There were actually two roller-coasters in the beginning
I was sitting around the middle of one & my sister was in the front
My Fav Cousin "Kim" was around The Middle of the other-one
It started out w/ the two coasters tracts side by side & we pass one another going opposite directions
& that is of course where I/C my Cousin who I don't think was saved at the time of the Dream
but has since gone to church & a retreat & may have now gotten saved

The other night I had a very strange dream and I was hoping someone could make a little bit more sense out of it.
I was sitting on this raft thing with Ryan (my boyfriend)'s mom and Ryan came by on a speed boat dropping all these soda cans into the lake we were in. I picked up one and started crying. Ryan's mom was like, "it is ok dear, you have made your choice, there is no turning back now." I fell into her arms and started crying but then I saw Ryan and smiled and although scared I kept paddling the raft forward.
The only thing I can see that this dream is telling me is about a decision I made about my future, one that I know isn't going to make a few people happy. And yet, I know deep down inside that this is what God wants me to do.
I sit here and I look at this dream and I see all things clearly, and I am yet still confused and scared to go foward with the plans God has laid infront of me. I know that I need to follow God no matter what...

I'm going to write a vision I had on Sunday at church. This is something profound so I won't hold it back and I will tell of my experience. I had a vision where I was washing some clothes by a river stream. A man walked up behind me and asked me very clearly "tell me your name?" For some reason I couldn't turn around and I didn't want to, so I went back to washing my clothes. Again he said "tell me your name?" I replied this time and told him "no" He said it the third time again but a lot stronger "Tell me your name?" I replied crying and tons of tears in my eyes "No I won't tell you my name!" Today before I took a nap with my cousins, I began to pray to God in my head. I told him to help me because I needed him. I told him to break the generational cruse bestowed on me. My great aunt sold her body and my uncle has problems for real. I struggle with keeping pure sometimes. My thoughts and my heart I mean. But I told him to break it and to help me fight lust. I started praying for my sister and my friend Grant who thinks doing drugs are okay. I can't say anything to my sister or Grant without them getting offended. The truth hurts! But I tell them that a life without Christ is never fixed and as long as we tell ourselves that "drugs, or drinking" is okay we are only fooling ourselves. It's like telling ourselves we have no insecurities or need help. I prayed for them and fell asleep. I had the worst dream after that! I dreamed a really bad sexual dream. I couldn't believe it. In the past I had two complex dreams. It felt like they were from the Lord and nothing really shows otherwise. I would like your thoughts on whether I should dismiss them or put more thought and prayer on their meaning. I would like to your thoughts on the experiences of dreams as relating to the Lord giving them.
Ok I had my 1st dream when I was 14 and I fell asleep on my couch. My dream began by me calmly yet joyfully traveling up a hill. I looked behind me and saw other people who seemed kind following up the hill also. Then a few moments later the scenery changed. My surroundings seemed more gloomy and it also seemed harder to make it up the hill. Then I looked back to see that the people who were once kind turned dark and in their appearance to be evil. How often do we struggle with what we think we should be doing, and it is entirely backwards? How often do we lose sight of turning to God and His plan for yourself, and fighting against His will (which you can never win by the way!)? I have always been driven for accomplishments, success, making myself better. I could do anything that I wanted to do. And this was my main thought for the last almost past decade. I have my plan, to make a lot of money and to make a name for my family, and push myself hard to do so. Bonus here, stock options there, graduate college, open a business, have a lot of credit cards, flash my wealth. Life is good right? WRONG! How stupid have I been. As I travel on my journey and trying to be closer to God, once in awhile I catch myself thinking why was I wasting my time on insignificant matters? But I know the answer to that, because I had not found God or accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior yet.

I have not had a spiritual dream for a while. Last night i couldnt sleep so I began praying. When I fell asleep, this was my dream.
I was in a car out on a narrow road with cliffs on either side. Traffic started backing up. I looked around the cars and saw that the reason was that there was a dip in the road and the road was flooded. Cars were going through very slowly and some were being carried off. I realized I would never make it because my car was not high enough. I looked behind me and there was no one there so I thought about turning around and going back. I realized the road was too narrow to turn around. I said a prayer and launched the car forward. Immediately the car became a speed boat and speed over the water. The car then began to speed down a hill I flew out of the car and I felt the Holy Spirit as I have never felt it before. I said Thank you Lord, Thank you Lord. *This blog was written on 2/12/08. It was written 13 days after my lumpectomy and 17 days before I had my first chemo infusion. Since I do mention a tumor in this blog as well as upcoming chemotherapy, I wanted to post this message so that anyone reading this blog understands it was posted over a year ago. I also want to reassure my friends here...many who pray for me regularly, that I am not talking about a recurrence in this blog but events which have since taken place.
I have to tell you, it has been true. The glass I have has always been full! God did walk with me through a very dark valley and He continues to do so everyday. May this blog bless and encourage those who read it; especially those who are going through their own dark valley. May those of you who were here watching all of these events actually unfold, rejoice with me that my cup has indeed overflowed with blessings. Hey everyone, I just became a member yesterday and I am elready really enjoying this site. I have a story to tell about a broken relationship. I dated a girl for over 2 years and we broke up because I didn't feel like she was the one for me anymore. She was devastated to say the least, but I stuck around and comforted her. Well, about 4 months after I broke up with her I suddenly started to miss her and really love her again. By that time she had moved on. So I began to pray continously about it. About a month in a half later she came back to me and I was there with open arms. About 2 weeks later she walked away from me. We were apart for about 2 1/2 months again. I prayed and prayed for God's will during this time. After about 2 1/2 months she came back to again and we stayed together about 2 months and she walked away again. A Dream of the Rapture |

All my life I have believed in the doctrine of the rapture of the church.
Friday night is the first time I have had a dream of being caught up.
It was the most amazing thing. Initially I thought I had died and my spirit was ascending into heaven to be with Jesus.
However, I noticed I was still in my body and was rising off the bed and beginning to levitate upwards.
I thought, this is strange, how in the world will my body be able to go through the ceiling?
And then, I began passing through the ceiling without any resistance at all. I'm thinking, wow!
I looked around and there were thousands ascending into the heavens along with me. It was clear everyone was in bodily form but appearing as streaks of very bright light moving through space into the heavens.
Even though we were moving so fast that within the time of a single thought the earth was no longer in view I could see the others clearly because we were traveling at the same speed and were ascending together, a multitude shining as bright as the stars.

So last night i woke up scared out of my mind because of a dream I had, and now that I am fully awake I am trying to understand it...
It starts out as me at work on a stromy night ( I am a bank teller) and a car comes up to the drive through where I am working. The two other girls working with me were in the back room talking. I say hello to the customer and take her transactions (she had like 6) and I saw her daughter jump out of the car and run around to the front of teh building. It was pouring down rain so i was a little surprised. I heard the door into the lobby open and I went over to see what it was and it was the little girl and she had pushed shopping carts into the lobby. She looked at me and smiled and I blacked out.

He speaks in my dreams
I have been praying non stop about this move for me.
Needing to know for sure this is what the Lord is calling me to do, and not another trick satan likes to play with me!!
Last night I woke in a frenzy to write down the remnants of a dream I'd been having.
I had such a feeling of peace as I scribbled down the words in the soft glow of the nite lite.
And that feeling stayed with me as I drifted back into sleep later.
When I woke up this morning I read what I had written in the night,
and I knew the Lord had been whispering to me in my sleep as I read what I had written!!

My experience in heaven:
At the age of 13 yrs old, there was a misunderstanding over a mistake I had made and one of my relations lost there temper and started hitting me and chock me at that time I died.
I saw this very bright light that I am told is from lack of oxygen to the brain were it was or not dose not mater. However, after that, my pain was gone and I had this feeling of peace come over me, then I found my self at the bottom of a hill, I had never seen grass so green the closest I have come is wearing glasses that block out the blue light. There was pathway leading up the hill with a golden colour and look a little like glass, on the top I could just make out a city but it was hard to see because of the light shining from it. Then this voice said you've got to go back and as it did it was like this strong wind push me back wards, I found my self looking down over my body with my mother screaming out he dead he dead.

In a span of 3 months I lost a Mom, Oct. 2001 and a husband, Mike, January 2002. My Mom I believe saw a glimpse of heaven & wanted to go home and Mike to a car accident.
At times the pain of missing them is unbearable, but then God reminds me of how good of a life I now have. My good life is a direct result of Mom and Mike having been in my life. For they were behind every positive thing I did in my life Mom for all of the 46 years I had her and Mike for the 25 years we had together.
I am the person I am today for having been loved by these 2 individuals.
I will see them both one day again. Until then I will go on loving those in my life. Living my life to the fullest and enjoying all around me. Give to the ones I want to bless....

I'm in an empty red brick house. That is where the dream first started. The place I really grew up. The place where I thought I was seeing the worst of it. A big house which had an identical one right next door. Both building were together and it literally identical minus a few things.
~ Directly across the street from those building were a very large white building. To the left of that building was a house the Hawkins lived in which was every small. If you were to walk behind their house it would lead to the highway. It was a very steep hill. To the right of that large white house was a slightly larger house than what the Hawkins lived in. Frank, a kid I grew up with, had lived there.
~ Most important about this dream was the fact that my favorite church was directly next door to that red brick building. My home had a very huge yard... and we shared the yard the church used. So we had a lot of grass to play in when I was in grade school.

Since August 8, 2007, I have been separated from my husband. I have taken a job that I once worked and have started it again. We have been married for 4 1/2 years. I have a fifteen year old son and he has a 17 year old son and a 26 year old daughter. We have been through so much during our marriage, and things became unbearable, so my son and I left and came back home. I don't want a divorce, I want our marriage to work, and hopefully by the Grace of God, it will. I'm struggling now with the decision on whether to pack up and move back now, or work a little while and see what happens. I can see God's working in our lives, my son is now in church and my husband talks of going to church more now than ever. I thought coming back home would prove to be a safe haven for me and my son while we worked life's quirks out, but it has been such a dissapointment, and now I don't feel as though I know where to go or what to do. I was meaning to blog about this last week only I got caught up with a lot fo work. Anyway here it goes:
A couple of weeks ago, I entered into a season of asking God to set my heart right. He has been dealing with me weeks prior actually, but I was resisting His voice. At first I just couldn't understand why so many issues and hurts and memories just resurfaced in my life. It's like I was seeing all the filth and festering wounds in my heart and I was just kicking and screaming in resistance to His touch. I wanted to just give up, to be honest.
By His grace, the first thing He dealt with me was my rebellion. He just showed me areas in my life that needed to be submitted to Him and above all, He realigned my priorities. He just revealed to me that it was so easy for me to quit every time things get uncomfortable or unpleasant because, in reality, I was living for the good feelings: the highs and rewards of ministry and our relationship. It starts out as Ryan, me, his brothers, my pastor,a nd a few people from my church and some from Ryans church. We were all on this back patio laughing and eating and talking. It was really gloomy and all of a sudden we looked up and there was this HUGE concrete disk thing flying through the air. We all got really excited. The disk landed in the yard away from the deck. Ryan, his brothers, and I went running out. It had a latch on top and we opened it up to find food and drinks and clothes and toys and stuff. We took it all out and went running to the house. Ok lets start with a reason why? Iv got no clue why? OK that's all I got to say about that this starts out weird and gets weirder. Iv gone to bed with a empty mind after my prayers but these hit like a pile of bricks out of the blue I'm not going to sleep vision and I might not be getting the message to what its saying because I get the worst headaches ever. They don't stay either they just come in go as please as they want. One I can handle but 6 is a nightmare. Truck drives minds are more open due we work long hours but nothing to do and we get bored easy trust me if you know the stories you be shocked but these come when I'm not tried but when I'm not and not full in the head with thoughts. That's what bugs me the worse. I cant figure them quit out yet but trying but you can give it a shoot if you can I got some ideas but I want to see if you might know what they mean.

my dream last night
i dreamed of an earthquake i was inside of a building
and i was on one of the upper levels which collapsed as i went down
to the lower levels i noticed that the people who were injured in the earthquake
were not just layed out everywhere, or stuck underneath certain objects or debris...no
they were stuck in the wall and there was a lot of them the walls were formed
out of their bodies and dirt i don't know it almost looked like there were also
pieces of concrete mixed in. it was really bizarre, as i made my way down i
began to hear them screaming for help, i was really concerned with looking for
my mother. i was afraid she was dead. i looked for her all over even the parking
garage witch was completly empty just my car was there. i finally found her siting down
in a resturaunt i didn't recognize the people she was with but i tried to get her

Last June I sat with my ex-husband as he lay dying. We had remained friends over the years. In our marriage we had produced 4 children & stayed married for 17 years.
He was in the V.A. hospice. He'd been there for quite some time. My husband & I had witnessed to him on multiple occasions, but, to no avail.
That day in June, I went to see him early. He had not eaten or drank in three days. He could not speak, but, would respond "yes" with a squeeze of the hand. I sat down with him while two of my children held his hand. When I went to leave he had a rather panic look on his face so I sat back down. Again, I tried to leave & again the look. In Dreams...
Dreams can be really odd sometimes, even frightening. Not only can they be intense, they can also convey meaning- which in many ways is the scariest part. What is my subconscious really trying to say to me? What do the images represent? I've only ever died once in a dream, but I've been in car accidents, shot twice *(same dream- I actually woke up with pain in the location I was "Shot", fallen, beaten, done the beating, and now, I've been set on fire.
Let me explain:
Last night... technically this morning I had the strangest dream. Now the specifics are kind of hazy obviously, because this is the wanderings of the subconscious after all... Anyways, I was in a group of nondescript people. The only significance they hold is that we had a common goal- there were several people or rather, targets that we intended to exterminate. Said targets were hanging out in the lower level of a three story night club or something. Last night I had a dream, and to kind of set the background, I have three tattoos. The Alpha and Omega symbol, the Jesus Fish, and third a Tree, with Jer. 17:7-8 written below it. I really believe the Lord was speaking to me and giving me His word, and a word to share through this dream I had last night. Anyways, so in my dream I was just talking with this guy, don't really remember what about, and he said nice tat! I was like what do you mean (I had them all covered up) and he said on your wrist, I was astounded and pulled up my sleeve revealing no tattoo and he said "I saw it, it was written on you". I asked what he saw. He replied "Word of God Speak." He said a second time, "it was written on you." Then at this time I woke up. The Lord revealed that if we truly are in His word, living a life glorifying His name, and striving to be more like Him, sharing the good news of Jesus the One who took the sin of the world, that we should have Him written ALL OVER US....
