I can't believe I've already been back up at KU for a month. It's crazy. I was soooo worried that I would suck as an RA in the dorms this time a month ago. I guess that my experiene as a church camp counsellor helped me to learn to help people resolve their conflicts. Luckily the only problems on my floor are people coming home drunk; which isn't violation of policy until they try to tear up the hall.
The weekend after this one I get to go back home!!!! The Shoutfest tour is coming to Chanute instead of Neodesha this year. That's my backyard right there. It's gonna be great to reunite with all of the bands that I've met while working for KFEX... J Remy and Detour 180 are back in Chanute... I'm amped. I also can't wait to meet Manafest and see him perform. And By The Tree, Building 429 and Superchic[k]!
I'm a tad of a Christian rock/rap enthusiast.
