English: I think we are missing what life is all about. One of the biggest culprits of misleading people into the wrong goal is the churches of our day. Many Christians emphasis on being saved, so we will go to heaven. That is not what real Christianity is about. Real Christianity is about loving our God and serving Him by showing His love to others. Christianity is all about God and not about us. We are taught to concentrate on getting ourselves saved instead of serving the Lord Jesus Christ. It is indicated by many well intended, but misguided people that Christ came to serve us. It is actually the other way around. Jesus came to save us from ourselves so we could be free to worship Him and forsake ourselves.
If anyone keeps the attitude of trying to make sure they a going to heaven instead of living and sacrificing for the Lords work, then they will be lost. If anyones goal is to save themselves so they can know they are going to go to heaven, then they will never gain what they are wanting because they are trying to save themselves. We have many people convinced they are saved and on their way to heaven, because they convinced themselves of a lie. If anyone does not humble themselves and only serve the Lord Jesus Christ, then they will be lost for eternity - even though they will be convinced otherwise hear on earth.
Matt 10:38-39 - And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me. He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it.
Dont let these people that emphasis on eternal security and have little or no emphasis on serving the Lord fool you. They are false teachers - dont let them drag you into serving yourself instead of serving God. Only the ones that serve God fully by the un-selfish love for God will have eternal life. The Christian walk to eternity is not the easy road, but a very rough and hard road.
Blessings,
Mike
