The reconciliation of all things. It has always been a battle between good and evil. That is since the fall of Lucifer.
God is love and the desire of Gods heart is that His creation loves Him. Love is not love unless it is freely given of ones own choice.
Therefore, God created living beings with a weakness. The ability and authority to think and make decisions of their own accord and for themselves.
How many living and thinking species has God created? Most of us would immediately say one, humans. However, that is not true. Angels were created before humans and it is made clear through rebellion they were given the ability to think and choose for themselves. To speak of life on other planets or in other galaxies is taboo for most Christians. Why?
Humans strive to know more about God. Have you ever wondered how many brilliant theologians have come and gone since the world began? Yet, with all these highly learned men and women of God, most being true and faithful, searching and seeking for more knowledge of God, little unity exists among us.
How could this be? Is it arrogance, pride, the inability to understand, or is it we have our heads in the sand? Heaven forbid it would be rebellion.
Part of mans nature is stubbornness. Stubbornness is a roadblock to revelation and many strive daily to overcome it. Science is a good thing. However, many Christians bulk up and rebuke it as if it were the very essence of evil. Why?
Knowledge will increase as time passes. Those who are learning are those who have an open mind and spirit and are willing to hear, evaluate, and make decisions whether to accept things as truth or reject them as fantasy.
Humans have existed on this planet for thousands of years. Through all these years science has never proven the Word of God to be in error. Discoveries through science only validate the immutability of Gods Word.
Truth is Christians rebuke findings of science not because it contradicts Gods Word but because it sometimes contradicts their understanding of Gods Word. It is an indisputable fact the earth is over 4.5 billion years old. Many of you just experienced a spiritual stroke when you read that. Why?
Gods Word is not contradicted by that statement. If you were offended than it is because there exists a problem in your understanding of Gods Word concerning the creation of earth.
None of us know when God created the earth. We know time (our timeline) on this earth begin during the 4th process of renewal of earth and the forming of the new world. Yes, Scripture calls them days of creation. Could this possibly mean the renewing of earth was done in an orderly fashion?
In the present time if we are to understand Gods Word and prophecy we must understand Gods plan of reconciliation which existed before time began. For example, Jesus did not come to earth to begin the Church. Jesus came to earth to minister to Israel. He knew they were about to enter into judgment on earth and He closed out week 69 of Daniels prophecy. Gods plan of reconciliation is for all creation, including Israel, or better said, especially Israel.
The prophecy of Jesus many Christians are applying to the Church and the Rapture is a misconception. Jesus prophecy is about Israel and about what will happen during the 70th week of Daniels prophecy. The 70th week will begin after the Church is taken out.
The 69th week concluded the day Jesus rode into Jerusalem on a colt. Gods work in the reconciliation of Israel halted at this time and His work in reconciling Gentiles began. Jesus, the Lamb of God, our Savior, completed all required sacrificial offerings for the redemption and salvation of the world. A new spiritual creation began upon His resurrection.
This new spiritual creation continues on earth today nearly 2000 years later. A day will come when this creation is complete and God will call us home. Our temporary home is heaven and New Jerusalem is our future eternal home.
God created man in His own image. God desires a flesh and blood man who will love Him with all his heart, soul, and mind. Adam and Eve were flesh and blood before and after their fall. Flesh and blood cannot enter the kingdom of God but a spiritual creation can. The body of Christ is that spiritual creation. Our future eternal home is New Jerusalem. God chose Israel to be the flesh and blood people and earthly kingdom He desires.
In the reconciliation there will remain a kingdom on earth. Gods people Israel, tried and purged during the tribulation years and especially through the Millennium Kingdom will inhabit the earthly kingdom. Those of the eternal earthly kingdom will be as Adam and Eve were before the fall. Perfect in all their ways. Only difference will be they will be as the elect angels and spiritual kingdom is, sealed by God and no longer with a possibility of sin entering in.
Israel, in the likeness of Adam and Eve and in the image and likeness of God, will be in the eternal Garden of Eden and partaking of the tree of life.
Love to All,
