Feelings come and go but the love of God is forever
Far too many people are comfortable living without "the comforter"

English:
GOD SPEAKS. . . He speaks through nature, for no man can look at nature and not recognize there is a God. He speaks to man, both to kings and lowly servants. He speaks in the small still voice and He speaks through circumstances. His sheep hear His voice. In so many ways God speaks, guides and leads His own. We hear and we follow, even though we see through a glass darkly.i There are times, however, that require you to contend for a sure word from God! A sure word from God strikes a stake in the ground of your heart that is immoveable. It empowers you from that time forward. It resounds in your spirit. You have heard Him! Yet it is beyond hearing, it is the thing revealed You SEE it it imprints your spirit! And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with him in the holy mount. We have also a more sure word of prophecy . . .ii Contending for that sure Word is not something that you determine. It is something you feel. It is as if the Spirit of God forces you to contend for it! You must hear to go on. You need understanding. Therefore, you must contend! You must contend for what God desires to reveal. You must push through, refusing to relent, until you receive the revelation of His plan and purpose for you. What will you do when God brings you to this place? The faint of heart will walk away; settle for less. The enemy will most certainly pressure you, hoping for that very thing. If you press through, you will grow in your understanding of His ways. Your strength of spirit will most certainly increase. DETERMINE NOW TO BE COUNTED AS A CONTENDER! Photo by Mariachily i Cor 13:12 ii 2 Peter 1:18-19
