The church. What does that mean? Is church a building that we try to contain the glory of God in. When you read the words church what image pops into your head? What image should we think about when we think about church?  I have run across so many in my walk with the Lord who hold against God what the church has done to them. Church and God should be hand in hand but many times are not. Many times when you have a conversation with these folks, they have to come to the conclusion that is was man that hurt them and not God. We have become so focused on what our denomination doctrine says and not what scripture says. Like it or not people are getting hurt inside the walls of the church. It is time for us as Christians to quit fighting about doctrine and focus on Scripture.  Better yet it is time for us as Christians to stop fighting amongst ourselves PERIOD and get to the work of the harvest. John Wesley and George Whitefield did not agree on all doctrine, but the Lord used them to usher in a awesome revival. They could put their differences aside and work together for the GLORY of GOD. What is the difference between then and now? Can we do the same? Every word of God is flawless!! We as believers do not get to pick and choose what it is we are going to believe. If there is scripture that just never sits right with you spend some time with the Lord and ask for His revelation. I have found scripture that doesnt sit well with me is some of the best lessons I have learned from God Himself. Not by my own understanding but by His. We are the church, it is not a building. Jesus is the head and we as a body of believers are the body. He has put us each here on this earth for this appointed time. He has not armed us all with the same gifting, if He had there would be a body with 20 eyes all trying to look in different directions, it just doesnt work. Every gift is needed, none is above the other, none is ranked. We in the flesh do that. We think to ourselves, I am not prophetic so I do not matter. That is the enemy whispering in your ear. Each of us matter to the Kingdom of God, we all have something to offer, He has equipped us all with a gift to Glorify HIM.  The time is nearing my friends, He is calling His Saints. Can you hear Him?? I have been pleading for this generation, not because of my own understanding but because of what the Lord has put upon my heart. He laid this burden there. I cried out to Him in prayer, "Send your Revival Fire down!"  He answered me, "Not yet, dont you remember when I told you to pray for my saints. Pray that they are obedient when I call them." So now to I pray for His saints that they will answer His call and be obedient. He is calling can you hear Him? Many intercessors have been in prayer for Revival. Where will you be when fire rains down upon this generation? He needs us all to be obedient, He needs us for the harvest, He needs us to reach out to the lost and show them the way to freedom. When He sends the fire He will need His workers in place, He is calling can you hear Him?
