The saying, All is fair in love and war , has never been more accurate than it will be during a coming seven year tribulation period which is prophesied to come in the latter days.
The stakes have never been higher. The warriors have never been more fierce. Love has never been as intense nor has hate ever been as destructive.
Opposing forces consists of forces of evil and forces of good. Forces of the seen and forces of the unseen. Man, elect angels, fallen angels, God and the Devil. Consequential casualties include all species of life, all elements of creation.
Daniel 8:23 - 25 (KJV) 23And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up. 24And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practice, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people. 25And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.
It will begin peaceful enough. Mideast peace! Who could have believed the peoples of this region could exist together in harmony? Even more unbelievable, all have agreed to a Jewish Temple being built side by side with the Dome of the Rock, a Muslim shrine.
WHAT THE WORLD WILL BE SAYING:
Daniel 9:27
And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: . . .
The world feels safe. Suddenly, things have changed in Europe, and in the Middle East. Not long ago a man appeared in the political arena in Europe. Not well known and with an inconsequential background. However, this man is clearly brilliant. A man who loves peace. A man who is rapidly gaining world wide renown and is a rising star in the European political community. The architect of a seven year peace covenant which has astounded the world. Genius, what more can be said?
World wide news cannot be watched without seeing this man in the headlines. Politically, he is a mastermind. None before him have accomplished so much so quickly. Many are saying he must be gifted by God. He always has his spiritual counsel with him.
Rev 13:13
He performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men.
His spiritual leader is truly a man of miracles. Unlike TV ministers who are only after our dollars it appears God truly performs miracles through this prophet. All the world have witnessed it with their own eyes.
Rev 13:3
And I saw one of his heads as if it had been mortally wounded, and his deadly wound was healed.
Whats this, look at them? They are singing praises to the new world leader. Some even bowing down and calling him master. Others chanting about him being the promised Messiah. Many are believing he is a messiah and many more believing he is the Messiah. After all, he did return from the dead!
Truly deserving, absolutely deserving, look at the world since he has come. Peace and prosperity everywhere around the globe. That religious group who is constantly opposing him and telling all those lies about him needs to be put down. They deserve to be under the jail house. At least, most feel this way.
Rev 13:15
He was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed.
How absolutely adorable! His prophet is leading in making a statue in honor of him. Some say it will be an exact likeness. And it is rumored he talks, this statue, as if he were human. It is announced the revealing will be in the new Jewish temple. It will be on world wide TV. Everyone will be watching.
Dan 9:27
. . . and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease . . .
Dan 11:31
And forces shall be mustered by him, and they shall defile the sanctuary fortress; then they shall take away the daily sacrifices, and place there the abomination of desolation.
Who can believe them Jews? They should feel honored! Why are they so against honoring the man who has given them peace, freedom, and paved the way for this Temple they are so proud of?
Well, that didn t go as smooth as most expected it to. Them dang Jews. They have always been a pain in the worlds neck. Always in the way of what is decent. They never think of anyone except themselves. Look at him. Who can blame him? He has no choice. Can you see those tears in his eyes as he announces Israel is going to have to be dealt with?
Matt 24:15-21
Therefore when you see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place (whoever reads, let him understand), 16 then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. 17Let him who is on the housetop not go down to take anything out of his house. 18And let him who is in the field not go back to get his clothes. 19But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days! 20And pray that your flight may not be in winter or on the Sabbath. 21For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be.
