Being Christ to others..

Yesterday after thefellowship worship and message, we had the ministry time where we were asked to hold the next person's hand and listen to the music of"The Prayer of Saint Francis"..Lord, make me an instrument of Thy peace...

I was holding one person with my right hand and the other person with my left. The person whom I was holding on in my right hand had a fractured leg.. the person whom I was holding on in the right I had spoken to her sometime before the meeting started. The music andprayer started.. I closed my eyes..I had deep compassion for both of them.. slowly..I could see Christ (Divine Mercy Image) standing exactly in the place I was standing.. and I was so happy that God has helped me be the Christ to them.. but God did not stop there.. He taught me.. the people whom you are holding are also Christ (Him).. then I realized how beautiful and complete it looked.. with me (Christ) in the middle, Christ on my left and Christ on my Right..

I realized it is important that we be Christ.. at the same time let others be Christ.. so that the Trinity be complete in our lives.. It is required that we let others be Christ in our lives.. I always love theServant Song which issungin a fewmasses.. its verses say as below.. Whenever I sing this.. I always want to ensure that I let others be the Christ in my life.. but I till now I have never been able to accomplish this to the fullest.. but I keep praying and God keeps reminding me about this..

Will you let me be your servant
Let me be as Christ to you
Pray that I might have the grace
To let you be my servant too

As we move away from our self to the new self, it is also important that we remember that others are also in the image of Christ. If I am unable to accept my fellow member is in the image of Christ.. then how will God accept me to be in the image of Christ.. if I am unable to forget that they not merely humans.. and not sinners anymore.. and what prayers they say are from Spirit and not from humans.. how will it work in my life.. the meeknessthat God expects from us is to let others be Christ in our lives.. unless we take away the pride of self we cannot let others be Christ in ourlives.. and until we let them be our Christ.. we are stopping them from doing the good deeds and words that God has chosen for us.. we are blocking our own blessing..

Matthew 5:5 Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth.

I am the first person who will stand against trusting a man.. but trusting God. At the sametime.. when I am united with Heaven and Christ.. all people around me are also transformed.. they arenot Men but Christs.

1 John 4:7 Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God.

Colossians 3:15 Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.
