John 15:15 I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you.
We human beings with our limited knowledge do not recognize the right friends and we keep going back and forth in our friendship. Some situations bring out the fact that the person whom we were trusting to be a good friend is no longer a good friend.
Human friendship, relationship and love changes with situations. We don't have the control over our feelings and emotions in various situations and we end up damaging our friendship very badly and sometime in an irreparable way. Most times it will a lack of maturity or understanding on both sides which leads to changing relationships with situation.
But when Jesus Christ extends His arms of friendship towards us, it is everlasting, it does not change for any reason. He knows us inside out, He knows our Heart, He knows our past, present and future, He know our current and future situation. When He extends His friendship, He promises us with covenenant of everlasting friendship, to lead us through, to be with us, to guide us, also to come back to take is home.
His heart of friendship bleed for us on the cross, it cried for us so we can accept His friendship and hold on to it even during our toughest times. He went through the Hardships so He can give us the Hope and the Trust and the Faith during the most difficult times on this earth.
He is our Friend Forever and Everlasting and in every situation.
Happy Friendship Day..
