When I compare myself with the vastness of this big world and Universe, I can really sense how tiny I am. But still God has blessed us with such an amazing Grace of His Love on the Cross, and His Spirit, so that we are able to admire the wonders of His creation.
Psalm 8:1 - 4 Lord, our Lord,
how majestic is your name in all the earth!
You have set your glory
in the heavens.
Through the praise of children and infants
you have established a stronghold against your enemies,
to silence the foe and the avenger.
When I consider your heavens,
the work of your fingers,
the moon and the stars,
which you have set in place,
what is mankind that you are mindful of them,
human beings that you care for them?
Looking at the Majesty of the Lord, I just admire how much He gave me to make me (a tiny being) worthy to know His presence
He made us unique by creating us in His own Image. (Genesis 1:7 So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.)
He gave us the Authority over all other living creatures. (Psalm 8:6 You made them rulers over the works of your hands; you put everything under their feet:
He gave us life by His Breath. ( Genesis 2:7 Then the Lord God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.)
He gave us Deliverance. (Psalm 18:2 The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
He gave us victory over death. (Psalm 56:13 For you have delivered me from death and my feet from stumbling, that I may walk before God in the light of life.)
He brought us out of Darkness. ( Psalm 18:28 You, Lord, keep my lamp burning; my God turns my darkness into light.)
He delivered from Sickness, Suffering and Death. (Isaiah 58:8 Then your light will break forth like the dawn, and your healing will quickly appear; then your righteousness will go before you, and the glory of the Lord will be your rear guard.)
He filled up with Hope, Victory and Joy. (Psalm 20:5 May we shout for joy over your victory and lift up our banners in the name of our God. May the Lord grant all your requests.)
He sealed us with His Spiritual Existence through His Holy Spirit. ( 1 Corinthians 15:44 it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body.)
He gave us eternal life through His blood on the cross. ( John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.)
Luke 1:46-48 And Mary said:
My soul glorifies the Lord
and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior,
for he has been mindful
of the humble state of his servant.
Beautiful and so uplifting!
