(NIV) Psalm 73:17 till I entered the sanctuary of God; then I understood their final destiny.
Keep your eyes set of the destination not the path.. as we walk, if we are looking at the path and the distance we have to walk.. we will feel tired and start questioning our capacity to complete the path.. feel like our strength is running away.. and feel like quitting and not walk forward.. but on the contrary if we are looking at the destiny, the peace and goodness which is filled in the destiny, we are excited about walking the path and reaching the destinity.. setting our eyes and focus on the destiny fills us with the energy, hope and the vigour to reach the destiny..
(NIV)Acts 14:22 strengthening the disciples and encouraging them to remain true to the faith. We must go through many hardships to enter the kingdom of God, they said.
We of Christian Faith our destiny is to be Christ Like and be in Heaven.. when I think about the path from where I stand to where I have to be.. it is so far.. I am a weak, ordinary person in flesh, living in this world..but my destinty is to be Christ like.. who is the son of God, who is strong, loving, humble, and mighty.. when I look at the distance between me and my destiny.. the distance I have to walk to be like Him.. it is next to impossible.. but when I look at the destiny.. I feel this is where I have to be.. in a safe and mighty hands.. to be His son or daughter.. I dont want to lead a life which is so sinful and painful.. I would rather prefer a life which is so filled with calm and peace..
As we keep looking at Him at the every walk of life and every day in every problem.. in every pain.. in every suffering.. we are slowly crossing the bridge.. but as we cross the bridge.. the importatquestion is.. are we looking at the struggles like the Isrealites and murmuring about that or are we happy to see that we are moving closer to the destinity..
What we want to meditate or think about is our choice.. it is our decision if we want to walk joyfully with hope or to walkwith murmuring.. and we all very well know what our Lord wants and how He wants us to be..
(NIV) Revelation 2:3 You have persevered and have endured hardships for my name, and have not grown weary.
