"... and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen."
Matthew 28:20b (KJV)
The words translated into English as "always" are pas ho hēmera, which could be translated as "all the days".
"And remember, I am with you all the days, to the end of the age."
Matthew 28:29b (MOUNCE)
All the days. As I re-read that I thought about all the days I have faced during my lifetime. There have been good days and bad days. There have been joyous days of celebration and heartbreaking days of grief. There have been days of hope and days of disappointment, days of health and days of sickness. There have been days of plenty and even days when I actually wondered how I was going to buy some groceries to feed myself and my family let alone pay bills. Yes, I have had some of those days as well but the Lord was with me, even in those sort of days, and He will continue to do so.
Wherever you are at, whatever you are facing at the moment, remember this. God has not abandoned you. Jesus promised that He will be with us all the days and He will, whether we always see Him or not.

Amen. I know this, but I needed to hear it.
You might have to tell me again sometime.
Wonderful word(s0 to meditate upon and recall. Like Blest - put it back up at least once a month!
What more can I add - but, thank you 'K' for this blog and Amen to him who sits on the throne and reigns for ever and ever.
Yes, He is with us every day of our life and will be with us for all eternity. We are not in this alone. He is right there with us every step of the way. Thank you.
I read this before I went to bed last night, again this morning, and have come back to read it again to leave a note to you of how wonderfully comforting it was to me last night, this morning, and now again this evening.
"Wherever you are at, whatever you are facing at the moment, remember this. God has not abandoned you. Jesus promised that He will be with us all the days and He will, whether we always see Him or not."
A Big AMEN!
