I finally got a chance while my students are doing some quiet work to post a quick update from B2Y's wife. She sent a pm to me about an hour ago to let me know that B2Y came through the surgery well and he did not have to have the bypass. She told me he said "Take the banner down!"
She told me they have been very moved by everyone's support here at CB and I'm sure we'll hear more about it later from them. She will be sending me a more detailed update this evening.
I know I cried when I saw such an outpouring of love for our brother and sister here at CB. It was amazing reading all of the wonderful prayers and I know there were some amazing messages posted in the Chronic Disease Survivors group I run to which they belong.
Amazing things happen when the Body of Christ comes together and is of one mind. No, we do not "force" God to do anything but we are admonished to pray and support one another when one of us is treading a dark path. This is just one of the many ways that we put our love for one another in action and loving one another as Christ loves us is just another way that we reflect our love for God and His unconditional love for us! 1 John 4:7-8
Praise God! What an incredible answer to prayer! thanks so much, K, for letting us know. I have been sitting her wondering and trusting.
Thank you K for keeping the updates going. God bless you for being such a wonderful servant of God.
Hallelujah! Praise God. Thanks, PrincessK for letting us have the good news. God is so good all the time! Mona
Thank you K, for keeping us informed about Mr. and Mrs. B2Y. Great news, and much praise to our Faithful, Loving Heavenly Father, for such swift and answered prayer.
The body of Christ in action is beautiful to behold.
THanks for the update.
Praise God! And thanks for the update K! :)
All I can do is fall on my face and Praise God for his mercy and grace
Thank you K for keeping us informed.
