About spring and other miracles

The daffodils are opening! Hooray, spring is here. This past winter was a hard one, lots of snow. I'd thought last year we had the most snow I'd ever seen. This year I thought the same thing. Snow, snow, oh please go. So many people have written so much better than I could about Spring & rebirth. I'm just glad to be a part of it. Cold dead winter is gone and new life is popping up everywhere. Yesterday we celebrated Resurrection Day. Yeshua/Jesus died, but he lives! And because he lives, we can have new life, too. A fresh new start in this life, and an eternity with him. That's something worth SHOUTING ABOUT. Yeshua said, if we don't praise him, the rocks will. That's one miracle I don't want to see. I don't want a rock shouting out in my place! So hallelu-Yah! Praise the Lord! God is so good! Amen.

It's so important to praise God. I used to think that praise is the same as saying "thank you," but there is a difference.

Thanksgiving describes our attitude toward what God has done, while praise is offered for who God is. Psalm 18:3 says "I call to the LORD, who is worthy of praise€"

All believers are commanded to praise God! In fact, Isaiah 43:21 explains that praise is one reason we were created, "This people I have formed for Myself; they shall declare My praise." Hebrews 13:15 confirms this: "Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise - the fruit of lips that confess his name."

Thanks for the reminder!

Thank God for 4 seasons that you experience yearly:flower:, how I wish I could, as we only have 2 seasons here, the sunny and the rainy. The 4 seasons that you experienced year in and year out is enough reason to praise our Almighty God, how faithful He is , even to the cycle of nature that He Himself creates.

Write more, sister, I surely look forward to reading your thoughts and you personal experiences with the Lord, we can surely learn important lessons from each other. Sometimes we can be so blind to so many obvious things around us, until someone brings it to our notice or to our attention.

You are already a blessing to me,:flower:

AMEN, Marjorie!

Those daffodils are a gift from God to remind us of rebirth, spring!

I may be hardheaded, but I don't want a rock doing my work either.

Shalom, Art :reading:
