What would we expect to find if there had been a worldwide flood in Noah's day, 4,300 to 4,400 years ago, what would the evidence be? "Billions of dead things, buried in rock layers, laid down by water, all over the earth." Yes, and, this is exactly what we see.
A global flood explains the vast majority of fossils and rock layers around the world, and eliminates the need for cramming millions of years into the days of God's creation week.
Listen to the words of this Buddy Davis song from Answers in Genesis. At the end of the video, there are choices of other Buddy Davis songs you can listen to. Enjoy!
Fresh unfossilized dinosaur bones were found in Canada. In 1987, a bone identified as part of a lower jaw of a duckbill dinosaur was found by a young Inuit (Canadian Eskimo). In 1981, scientists identified dinosaur bones which had been found in Alaska 20 years earlier. The bones were so fresh that the geologist who found them thought at first they must be bison bones. They have now been identified as belonging to horned dinosaurs, duckbill dinosaurs, and small carnivorous dinosaurs. Bones, do not stay fresh very long. Certainly not for millions of years. These discoveries clearly indicate that dinosaurs were around recently.
Pterosaur uncovered alive - The Illustrated London News of February 9, 1856 (p. 166) reported that workmen digging a railway tunnel in France disturbed a huge winged creature while blasting rock for the tunnel. The creature was described as livid black, with a long neck and sharp teeth. It looked like a bat, and its skin was thick and oily. It died soon after. Its wingspan was measured at 3.22 meters or 10 feet 7 inches. It matched the remains of known pterodactyl fossils.
Dinosaur and man's co-existance - Dr. Carl Baugh of the Creation Evidence Museum, began an excavation project on the Paluxy River in Glen Rose, Texas in March 1982. Since then, Baugh, along with teams of volunteers, has uncovered over 600 dinosaur tracks and over 90 human footprints in Cretaceous limestone. In the same layer of limestone are found both dinosaur tracks and human footprints. Go to his website and see pictures of some of the excavation results.
Evidence of Dinosaurs After the Flood
Carvings - Picture at top right is a replica of a stegosaurus carved in a ten-foot column at the Ta Prohm Cambodian Temple dedicated in 1186.
The Ica Stones of Peru were discovered in the first half of the 20th century as a result of the overflowing of the Ica River. This flood caused a moutainside to erode exposing a cave. The cave proved to be a repository of the stones. Over 16,000 of these stones exist. A good number of these stones show dinosaurs, flying reptiles and man co-existing with dinosaurs. Age est. 1,000 to 3,000 years.
Thunderbirds - Stories of thunderbirds in Native American history are widespread from Alaska all the way down to South America. Thunder and lightning is attributed to these birds: the thunder resulted from the flapping of their wings, while bolts of lightning proceeded from their mouths. The thunderbird's description fits that of pterosaurs. The thunderbird appears in many Native American tales and art work.
Petroglyphs and pictographs (chiseling and painting) that display dinosaurs on the stone walls of caves and canyons are found all over the world. The one depicted below is of a sauropod depicted in context with a man. This example was found in the Natural Bridges National Monument area and was carved by the Anasazi Indians that inhabited Utah from around 150 B.C. to 1200 A.D.
There are many more examples I could offer including the probability that some forms of "dinosaurs" still exist today, I could go on and on.
