All good things must come to and end.. or should they?!
I just spoke to a friend who's birthday is today. She and I are very close, and we were remembering different things we used to get up to and we were taken back to the time we went to a day spa to swim, get a massage and relax. How wonderful it was! Have you ever been to the spa? Ive only ever been once SO FAR but when I get back to tassie, I plan on going with the girls lots of time.

When I think back to my spa experience, I'm brought back to a place of peace. A place of tranquility and rest. I walked in and immediately felt safe. I got changed and put on those soft white fluffy warm robes with the soft slippers. They handed me an ice-cold sparkling water with a piece of lemon in it and a straw and umbrella to top it off and. I remember thinking, 'does this ever have to end?' I mean really, picture it- there's soft piano music playing( not usually a fan but there is place for it), the room is dependent on sky lights, the large waterfall to the side is slowly trickling down, The aroma of the place is beautiful. I lay, flat on my tummy and a person is there to give me a massage. With each rub i feel the stress and pressures of the world slowly melt away. For an hr or so, I am relaxed, at peace and all is well with everything. But then, like the saying goes, all good things must come to an end or do they?

What if there was a place we could go whenever we wanted. It would be a place of rejuvenation, tranquility, rest, and peace. What if we didn't have to go to a spa and spend all that money for that experience? Would we go often? Heck YES! What if we didn't even have to leave our home?

Well, ive heard about this cool place. It's called God's Holy Spirit Spa and it awaits you. Try to get there early. I hear it makes the day seem better. Leave your shoes at the door. There is no attire. Come naked- with all your troubles, insecurities, and fears. Let Him put on your robe of righteousness as you enter in. Stop for a moment. Do you hear that? It's the fountain of living water. Go to this fountain and you will never thirst again. But this fountain isn't trickling down, it's gushing down and pouring over. No reservation needed here. God's already written your name in the book. Oh wait, what's that music? No, not that piano music that can be found covered in dust at the music store. Oh no, this is much, much more glorious. Look up. It's the heavenly host of angels singing holy, holy, holy is the Lamb of God. Instead of feeling awkward and naked in front of a stranger and telling them where the pressure points are in your body, you can begin this experience by telling the Lord- who saw you in your mothers womb, who knew you before you were even formed, and who says, 'my child, you are no stranger to me'- begin by telling Him where it hurts. Tell Him your pressure points. Let Him anoint you with oil. This isn't sthe oil you see in the supermarket. This is healing oil from heaven. Ask Him to release the tension in your shoulders. He already knows you've been uptight about some things. Just bask in His presence. there is nothing to compare it to!

And when this Holy Spirit spa comes to end and your feeling relaxed, rested and at peace.. There will be an angel at the door. She will hand you a coupon (score!) And the coupon reads This coupon enables you to unlimited sessions at the Holy Spirit Spa. No reservations needed. Just come, come as you are. I love you and I can't wait for our time together again. Love, God. Expiration: Never.

Isaiah 61:10 (NIV) I delight greatly in the LORD; my soul rejoices in my God. For he has clothed me with garments of salvation and arrayed me in a robe of righteousness

John 4:14 (MSG) anyone who drinks the water I give will never thirstnot ever. The water I give will be an artesian spring within, gushing fountains of endless life.

Isaiah 6:3 (NIV) And they were calling to one another: Holy, holy, holy is the LORD Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory.

Psalm 23:5 (NIV) You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.

It really did my heart good, to read your blog, Shani. It is just beautiful. It made me think of this old hymn.

How good is the God we adore,
Our Faithful, unchangeable Friend,
Whose love is as great as His Power
And knows neither measure nor end.

'Tis Jesus the First and the Last,
Whose Spirit shall guide us safe Home,
We'll praise Him for all that is past,
And trust Him for all that's to come.

Much love from... mumbly x x
