A Change in our Thinking Revisited!...

My Mother tell me that I'm always moanin' and complainin' and I tell you fine but you are always comparing me with the best of your speciment who you think got it all together in their perfect foolishness! and though in the outside everything may seem fine, we may end up in hell for what and how will think and what ideas we entertain in our little foolish heads!... Now let's look at God who is like nobody ever anywhere!... ["...Isaiah 11 1And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots: 2And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD; 3And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears: 4But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth: with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked..."] And those in the world have their idea of what it time, kosher and good! But really when a prestigious lawyer in the law ask Jesus, "What, Good Master, shall we do to inherit eternal life?..." And Jesus said, "Why? Why? Why? Do you call me good if any only good is God above!..." And we hear a good tune and see a good television show or even a wonderful movie with a funny and wonderful message!... And yet we need to understand that we will never be good or perfect on the human scale! If only we knew something perfectly good is to see that only God is good, kind and considerate and only him could of undertaken the Cross at Calvary Hill!... Love Frank thbg

Thanks for sharing of this heatwarming message and Scripture Brother Frank! I! I stand in agreement in which we are held accountable for any and all things! yeah -there Is One-He Is Judge, and yes-He bared our shame on Cavalry, He is merciful to us sinner folk , that's for sure! And for that may we be the more ever thankful to Him Who Is Good! God Bless you abundantly,my dear Brother in Texasland! Dave

Thanks kind Dave for bringin' me back to my senses! And wrath does not work for the righteousness of God! And you know when those in Saudi Arabia a family sits to eat they tell God, "Thank you God for this bread!..." And when a family in Kansas sit to eat they tell God "God thanks for the full tank of gas!..."

And we can't afford to take ourselves too seriously when we still need other to help us through this mess of this life!...

And No! And Yes! Do not flip the lid and forget like Dave said how good and kind God has been to us...everyday! Ephesians 4:32...

Love

Frank

And we never really want to think we need anything from anybody! And this self-sufficency is become the "American" Way! But the rude awakening is that we still need something from someone else and we can not afford ourselves to be hostile! And yet some will not cooperate

with us and or our ideas and philosophies and then we have to look for the "Solo" Solution where we are leaders in the task at hand and then see if anyone is with us and not wait on a committee agreement session that goes nowhere!...

Brother Frank, I have long ago accepted my weaknesses and my strength. For those areas that are my strong point, well ,use them and use them to help myself, my life, those around me and use them for the Kingdom of God.:mrgreen:

My weaknesses are also too many, but who doesn't have them? Accept them, try to improve them and if possible, do not indulge in our weaknesses. Let those who are strong in those areas that I am weak to do what they are strong in, and let me who is strong in those areas to do what I am strong in, and not them.

So the whole world would be in peace and not in conflict, the family living together to help each other in their strengths and weaknesses.

That's one of the thing I discovered and had found out and decided on, having lived with a large family of many opinions and many methods of doing things.

And I believe that's the way God is. :wink:He will called us to do what we are strong in, and He will let others do for us what we are weak in. What I have trying to say is : accept yourself as you are, good or bad, strong or weak. And accept others as they are, their strength and weaknesses.

And you'll be happier person than you are today!

Thanks for sharing

Blessings always
