A safe pass and glad to be back!...

We passed on to Mexico to have our teeth checked and done! Here they stimated that the work needed on my mother's teeth would 4K and there $150.00 go the job done! The rule of thumb is that when there is trouble, there is also opportunity and where there is prosperity there are opportunists!... In this bumper crop society, billions are on credit card debt by consumers paying interest on interest on money they never bought anything with but an extesion to pay later and that end never comes!... As I headed back we took our visas and passed on to safety from the troubled atmosphere of the neigboring country! But with wonderfully redone teeth we enjoy the extra money on some most lunch which brought peace between us!... No, we don't look for trouble to create opportunity, and neither do we rob a bank because we don't have any money! But in the time of Elisha there was a famine and nobody believe him that provision would come out of nowhere and satisfy everyone!... The only one who were not satisfied were those who doubted and did not run with crowd to where the provision was provided for, they were trampled to death, by the stomping crowd!... And in this times where the truth is really scarce, hard to believe, but true and there is opportunity to get in the party at a discount price! God is placing the truth on special at no cost, free for whoever would hunger and would eat and drink!... ["...1.Isaiah 55:1 (Whole Chapter) Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price... "] And then himself, ["...36.John 7:37 (Whole Chapter) In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink..."] If someone comes to you and does not offer you salvation free of charge, he or she is an opportunist, and is not from God but an anti-Christ and should not greet him or her or let them into your house and less your heart!... And God told me, ["... 1.Proverbs 23:23 (Whole Chapter) Buy the truth, and sell it not; also wisdom, and instruction, and understanding..."] ...he said to me, sell it not!!! If I ask you to do anything to get salvation, I'm not of Christ!!! Only one thing, believe God!!!... Blessings. Amen. thbg ["...

I must say that we are fellow travelers in the valley of dentil work. Some time ago we stopped on the border. I saved some $7000 on caps and my wife somethat less. Mine are still great, though disparaged by local dentists. Hers fell apart. I was looking for some Christian message and came up with "Some are lucky.. some or not. Since there is no "luck" in the Word. I have decided, "some are holier than others' but it won't fly with Audrey... so just a simple thanks. Good post, Milt

Thank you Milt for being realistic and sometime you get what you pay for! And shopping at the border is not a guaranteed endevour! But I must say, trouble come when we pay much and we don't still get what we pay for! And the gospel is the same! We maybe enticed by the trimming of the hallroom of a church we go to and pay much to sustain and still not get what we pay for!...

I am sorry to be realistic and the fact of God is that many are called but few are chosen! And I am as well pessemistic! I hope those who do other wise are confident and full throttle ahead and preach with all hope and conviction, defying any realist statistics! I would suppose I would say that is what hope and confidence is! I pray I am one of those and not never give up on God's lost, ~ not even how remote the hope for them should be or appear?...

Blessings. Amen.

Uggh, I'm in the same situation. I have between 7k and 10k worth of dental work that needs to be done, and being self-employeed, health insurance isn't exactly a viable option (self-employeed health insurance is 3-times more expensive per month) and thus have just been saving up. Hopefully I'll still have a few teeth left to chew with before I get that much saved up. lol.

I've heard of a number of folks going to Mexico for dental work, but that just scares me too much. Only being 36 years old, I kinda figure I'd better go with something good the first time around, so I don't have to deal with it again before I'm 50 or 60.

Dear Frank--"Where there is trouble, there is also opportunity, and where there is prosperity there are opportunists." Man, that is profound!!! And true. Last night at church it was decided to embrace our adversities, because that is where God always shows up with Him comfort and mercy. Be blessed my friend. Ron

Thank you Ron for taking our message further! I'm tickled that you took a liability and turned into a blessing in Jesus! I did not do so well! I was offended at church and showed them my uncovered side of me! No I will I could of read your comment before I went to my church and had the same victory you experienced! Thanks for wisdom!...

Blessed. Amen.
