I was having a vision though where my Lord had to deliver me and it was though the width of a scribbled line! No, this was not a nice neat line with care and adornment of simplicity, but an like an after thought, like when someone is invited and then they say, "Ok, you come too!..." Like something above and beyond the call or the list of groceries for the day! Like something over the budget! Or how you feel like you bought something you know you don't need and you take care to enjoy it but with certain kind of guilt!... And this is what the scribbled line is about! A hazy text message! Spending your rent money or gas money on attending a sudden visit from old freind that flew in from out of town and you just had to celebrate somehow and why not we are freinds aren't we?... I suppose would write a foot note on his bible with a scribbled line explaining to someone, maybe God, why he had to break the Sabbath and take his Son out of jail or wreck! And I heard the Jews write notes and rolled them up and put them in the wailing wall, what is left of the Temple in Jerusalem, and tell God their request and prayers and explanations why they had to break the Sabbath to help a family member, last week with something...! And I supposed my God made a makeshift note with candle wax telling the Father why he had to make an emergency exit from heaven and visit earth, someone he knew was in trouble and needed to come out of Jail quickly or out of the Hospital expediently! Written with candle wax, mean to be forgotten and just not mean as explanation at all, just a scribbled line, that says that no explanation is necessary for something anyone would do for a love one in distress... Luke 14:1-6, ["...1And it came to pass, as he went into the house of one of the chief Pharisees to eat bread on the sabbath day, that they watched him. 2And, behold, there was a certain man before him which had the dropsy. 3And Jesus answering spake unto the lawyers and Pharisees, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath day? 4And they held their peace. And he took him, and healed him, and let him go; 5And answered them, saying, Which of you shall have a son or an ox fallen into a pit, and will not straightway pull him out on the sabbath day? 6And they could not answer him again to these things..."] And it was through my scribbled and confused thoughts that the Lord delivered me and brought me through, throught the eye of a needle, a miracle indeed, that a God so distant, would come and set me free from so far away, a miracle indeed! And you know he came before I called. And delivered me before I knew in what sort of trouble I was in! And he broke the peace of heaven and wrote a scribbled note why he had to leave heaven and like we've said, written to be forgotten like saying, "No explanations are necessary when a loved one is in trouble...!"... May you be blessed. Amen. thbg
Good blog thbg,
Sometimes we forget that God is not too busy for us.. and yet we are too busy for each other.
The great God of the universe cares for us inspite of all other things He is looking after.
This is our OMNISCIENT, OMNIPOTENT AND OMNIPRESENT GOD! Praise His wonderful Name.
He loved us ere we knew Him.
Thank you ptl for your kind blessing on this message. And yes, we are too busy for each other. And that just goes to prove, like you said very put, that there's nobody quite like God, omniscient, omnipotent and ominipresent, and far more if possible, he cares in a way for us like nothing else!...
Thank you so much...
May you be blessed. Amen.
Thank you Anita for your kind blessing on this message. And I don't if Jesus knelt down in John and scribbled something on the ground about me, when the Pharisees were going to stone the woman caught in the act of adultery. And I must wonder if he just remembered me and wrote my name down and said to himself, "I'll have mercy on him too, after I make something clear to this Jews...!"...
May you be blessed. Amen.
