Mine eyes are upon the Lord...God please unsnare me!

We take a look at Psalm 25:15 where it says, "...15My eyes are ever toward the LORD, for he will pluck my feet out of the net..." I was hearing a comment from a freind on the work of the crafty, wily devil. And it happens to us that we get snared away when we take our eyes of God. We should alway pay attention on what the Lord is telling us daily and directing us on the right way. The Lord will not only take you out of the net, he needs to pluck you out, because sometimes we've so lost beyond human remedy. But that keeps us humble and not trusting on our own strength and devices. ["...21For(AC) a man's ways are(AD) before the eyes of the LORD, and he(AE) ponders[f] all his paths. 22The(AF) iniquities of the wicked(AG) ensnare him, and he is held fast in the cords of his sin. 23(AH) He dies for lack of discipline, and because of his great folly he is(AI) led astray...] God sees all our ways and ponders ahead all ways to help you escape. But our sinful self is always looking for a dead-end street to be snared up. And we are taken when we sin and do not bring it up with God and confess frankly what we've done. He already knows but need to know if you know what trouble were in. And it can become a real problem to become presumptious and think God will overlook our sin because we are 'Christian'. So we need discipline to keep alert and keep our eyes on the Lord and don't let our folly lead us astray like it says. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, lean not on your own understanding, in all ways acknowledge him, and he will make our paths straight. Magnify the Lord in your heart at all times and keep your eyes on him. Thank him for everything and you know he will make path straight where we can walk and not stumble. I pray I am single-hearted towards the Lord. May you be blessed. Amen. thbg

We can always trust in the Lord to take care of us. He is always faithful to take care of us. Times of trial can be disconscerting but when he brings us out it is sheer joy and glory. But this trial should always teach us to pray and seek God and keep our eyes on him. I'm just so thankful for Gods' word that promises in writting that God promises to never leave us nor forsake us and that nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. Paul. May you have a good evening and morning. Amen.

Thank you 'papillionkiller' for you kind amen to the subject. Please pray for me and us that we bring all our 'stuff' before the Lord. He already knows about it but we need to put on the table of his sight anyways to examine it for us and forgive our weakness. Perhaps give us comfort that there nothing hidden between him and us and we can listen to his direction to a better walk with him. May you be blessed. Amen.

Ps. Thanks for your encouragement. Amen.
