One day before Easter Sunday

One day before Easter Sunday. A quiet day. Now at this time for Jesus it was a time of decision, when he began to think to come to the father with the last prayer, the last appeal to perhaps find another way out of what lay ahead of him in the processon that lay ahead. And perhaps you think, one day before Easter Sunday, he was already in the tomb and ready to rise on first day of the week, Easter??? And I would think that is fair to stipulate... ["...9.Deuteronomy 16:16 (Whole Chapter) Three times in a year shall all thy males appear before the LORD thy God in the place which he shall choose; in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles: and they shall not appear before the LORD empty:..."] Now there's something about the feast of unleavened bread which is Easter, that we may not know about, that we are, the men are commanded to give a gift to the Lord. Now this is not talking about the broken bread and shared wine or the foot washing ceremony, this is something God has revealed, that we are expected to give him, God, as appreciation for all the goodness he has shown us. And we might say, well that's in the old testament and time past, and O' really???... This is the Passover we are talking about and that means Christ crucified, Easter. Now God does not break any laws, he gave himself to humanity on Easter. And we might study on this and know that the Lord is expecting some monery show of support to lets us know that we are with him. And to make the message simple, we might consider giving this site a little gift to show God that we appreciate him and and his calling... ["...18The feast of unleavened bread shalt thou keep. Seven days thou shalt eat unleavened bread, as I commanded thee, in the time of the month Abib: for in the month Abib thou camest out from Egypt. 19All that openeth the matrix is mine; and every firstling among thy cattle, whether ox or sheep, that is male. 20But the firstling of an *** thou shalt redeem with a lamb: and if thou redeem him not, then shalt thou break his neck. All the firstborn of thy sons thou shalt redeem. And none shall appear before me empty. 21Six days thou shalt work, but on the seventh day thou shalt rest: in earing time and in harvest thou shalt rest..."] I hope you keep this to heart

I'm just happy in the Lord we had a such a good turn out for this blog. And when God speaks of the males to appear with gift, we would think they are the heads of the household and leaders!!! But giving is not a male issue, but Mary Magadalene was the first to witness the resurrection and the empty tomb and also was the one who lavished feet with the ointment from the alabaster jar before everything started...

And I hope this Easter is the start of a new year, because the Passover marks the new biblical year when we came out of sin, a type of Egypt, and started our new spiritual life. And around that time everyone gave gifts to build the first tabernacle with Moses. The more we dig into this, the most intriguing it gets...

May you have a wonderful day and year and remember to give and keep this site going...
