When I watched the computers at the Community College do the same thing my System 7 couldn't do, well the Lord brought me back to life!... And the end of all this game of the devil is to bring discouragement! And it certainly did to me! And I'm fragile me!... But let look at somethin'g... ["...Passage John 6:1-11: John 6 1After these things Jesus went over the sea of Galilee, which is the sea of Tiberias. 2And a great multitude followed him, because they saw his miracles which he did on them that were diseased. 3And Jesus went up into a mountain, and there he sat with his disciples. 4And the passover, a feast of the Jews, was nigh. 5When Jesus then lifted up his eyes, and saw a great company come unto him, he saith unto Philip, Whence shall we buy bread, that these may eat? 6And this he said to prove him: for he himself knew what he would do. 7Philip answered him, Two hundred pennyworth of bread is not sufficient for them, that every one of them may take a little. 8One of his disciples, Andrew, Simon Peter's brother, saith unto him, 9There is a lad here, which hath five barley loaves, and two small fishes: but what are they among so many? 10And Jesus said, Make the men sit down. Now there was much grass in the place. So the men sat down, in number about five thousand. 11And Jesus took the loaves; and when he had given thanks, he distributed to the disciples, and the disciples to them that were set down; and likewise of the fishes as much as they would..."] And after my System 7 broke down and I decided to brake myself and be cheerful for you and continue to proclaim System 7 or not here we are proclaimin' and yet I was able to collect from 1/2 hour of joy with you sharin' here more work done than I have been able to do at home for the whole week!... And if somethin' break you, break so you can share the tears and joy and see how much more you will collect after that!... Many a' Blessin's Amen... thbg
Brother Frank, one can never knows that the little we do may bring back much to us, or even bring much to others. As long as we are willing to give up that little much. It is God that do the multiplication, not us. It is God that brings what is needed to those who need it, not us again.
Just continue to do the little here and the little there and let God do the rest.
Thanks for sharing
From Hwa Silverpen
Thank you 'Silver' for you comfortin' words! And the real lesson is to believe it! And we want to do so much and pass through all sort of hoops to feel like we are worth somethin' to ourselves, our freinds, God, the Pastor, or our peer or what those at large think?! And the real issue is what Paul says in Romans 12,...
1I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
2And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
3For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.
4For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office:
5So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.
6Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith;
7Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching;
8Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.
9Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.
10Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;
11Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;
12Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;
13Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality.
14Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not.
15Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.
16Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits..."]
And the last admonition is to not be clever minded and try all sort of things to impress I don't know who, your idol of some sort! And if we follow Romans 12 you might as well be readin' the Serenity Prayer where we can go to sleep trustin' the Lord to take care of tommorrow things and by all means no matter what happened thank him for todays!...
Thanks so much for being close by and givin' comfort!...
Thank you for you prayers for my System 7 is back online! But make sure we know that is because of your fellowship and prayers that we are allowed to continue with our toys! And when we go on and greet people n' person in where we meet them! And they see us and see how sincere and really simple and uncomplicated we are?! The devils just decide to give back our toys since in person we are more dangerous n' can spread the gosple quite quickly!...
Thanks again for prayin' for me and my 7' and I know that God does not need anythin' and anybody to preach the gospel but want to show us how to show concern for those less fortunate than ourselves and remember to thank God because once we too walked the errin' way! How glad in Jesus we are we came out of it to tell about it!...
And sometimes this gospel business can get out of hand! 12 PM here is 8 AM in Paris and 3 PM in Sidney Australia and how to keep everyone updated and with the Lord! And good thin'g my radio station plays 24/7 so I can get strength to keep writtin' but sometimes I really wonder if I have any sanity left! And to keep up with my affairs and this busines of revealin' the secrets of the Lord!...
And please pray we get rest and sleep and be renewed because worn out we won't be of any good in encouragin' anyone when we ourselves begin to doubt and pray we see thin'gs clearly!...
