So far so good...!

My daughter and the kids have spent two days now with me and we've spent lots of money, good or bad? I don't know! But the peace came over me this morning with a reasurance that if we love them now expenditure will be too great!... And certainly our Lord Jesus on the cross or even before he comtemplated our redemption before the dawn of time comtemplated that he already loved us so much that no expenditure would be too great!... For so God loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whomever put their trust on him, should not perish, but have everlasting eternal life!... At first my life was clutted with fear and I tried everything to keep our finances in order and the more I saved, or thought, the more I spent!... And certainly God Jesus said that if anyone sought to save his life would loose it, and those for his sake, gave it up would find it!... And now that I would think, No, I am in a well mood, I am in mood to be forgiving and now know that my God will take care of us!... And Paul inspired, said that we should be kind to one another and remember how kindly God Jesus has forgiven us!... And that is worth more than money, God says... Blessings. Amen. thbg

Dear Frank--Great blog, my friend. And you are right. If we love, then no expenditure is too great. John 3:16 says Jesus presented Himself as a dying sacrifice for us, and Romans 12:1-2 says we are to present ourselves a living sacrifice for Him. Be blessed, my brother. Ron

Thank you for another great insightful comment, full of wisdom! Thank you for Romans 12, I hadn't thought of it in this message! Be blessed. Amen.
