Stick with Stick and stone with stone...!

I fixed the air conditioner just in time for another spell of heat here in the southwest! I wander how things might be in Death Valley California or some remote place in Somalia or some desert somewhere??? Do we always need everything or do we always adjust to what is availiable???... And I had this sadness that comes over me and I'm in the mood to plant, contruct or put somethin together on the ground or connect stick with stick and put some stone over some stone!!!... And I get melancholic this way and decide lately to put concept together! It seem that all I seem able to do!!! And if the bible is simple and straight forward, then why do we need to put stick with stick and stone with stone and precept with precept???... Let turn somewhere in 1Kings 16:1-4, This is for after you had dinner or washed the dishes and put the food away for the day till a later episode in the kitchen!!!... And we need to put spiritual food together for the well-being of our soul!!! Those who have a Pastor and see him every Sunday and meditate on what he said if we can remember??? I hope it wasn't more confusing than enlightening???!... ["...1Then the word of the LORD came to Jehu the son of Hanani against Baasha, saying, 2Forasmuch as I exalted thee out of the dust, and made thee prince over my people Israel; and thou hast walked in the way of Jeroboam, and hast made my people Israel to sin, to provoke me to anger with their sins; 3Behold, I will take away the posterity of Baasha, and the posterity of his house; and will make thy house like the house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat. 4Him that dieth of Baasha in the city shall the dogs eat; and him that dieth of his in the fields shall the fowls of the air eat..."] I did not want to be critical about now! And now what I would need is the mercy of God and not go in rampage of putting anyone in the poor house!!!... And God tells Jehu that he brought man out of the ground, dust and made him prince over the earth, but man has become like a Samaritan in Samaria, considered and called dogs!!! And the fact is that we have stumbled others to sin by our poor example, you fathers!!!... And I have been a poor example for my children, I wanted the best for them, but blew it big-time and now I want to put stick with stick and stone with stone and seed with soil and build something for my children where I have cheated them!!!... And Jesus told the teachers of law and Pharisees that their poor example had led the children to go astray calling evil good and good evil!!!... My daughter was making a comment about some people who had offended her and not she had take, the tomahawk to slay them in her heart!!!... And I said please daughter, your daddy is not Christian because he is the best father, but because he worships the best God, and you must pray that really lest you see yourself at the mercy of Jesus feet we will not see the kingdom and have missed the who point of why Jesus came to save us all!!!... Please give up that argument you have in your heart for that person you learned and now enjoy the wrath you might have for that person!!! Please read Ephesians 4:32 and recite it day and night and never forget who we were when we were without God or hope in the world!!!... I tell you this because I love you and do not want to waste your mental energy in futile vanity and things that don't please God!!!... If we don't heed this message, it in vain to have bibles, concordances, outlines or sermon notes, it is useless, to know something and in the end have no love and sympathy for anything or anybody in the end!!!... I hope you take this to heart even you don't learn anything in the world, anything but Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind and compassionate to one another and be forgiving the same way God in Jesus has forgiven us..." If never forget this we will never loose access to the fountain life!!!... Talk later and give the kids a hug for me...bye! Blessings. Amen. thbg

Nice message Brother thbg! Jesus showed/shows partiallity to no-one and is always kind! I have my moments of rudeness, but am letting go of that! One phrase we never want tto hear is "I never knew you!" Yipes! Thanks for the reminder of showing kindness, as Jesus does! And being kind! God Bless you! Dave
