From the discard section: quote: pp. 156 of "The American Bureaucracy" ["The nature of the constitutional problem can be explained briefly. First, primary legislative power is supported t reside in Congress under Article I. What constitutes "primary" legislative power in a particular policy area requires interpretation of the Constitution, and therefore becomes the responsibility of the Judiciary..."] And here we have the balance of power in our government! And it is truly a very effective device against one group of thought takin' over the rule of our country and one legislates and one interprets and one executes the new law or legislation!... And why do we need Bureaucracy to help things run the "American" way! And really who represent our country? Who represents the disabled? The elderly? The workin' mother? The single wife? The one in the fringes? And does our system truly represent the typical "American"?... And who was the "American"? And who is the present "American"? And worst escenario who will be the "New American"?... And where is our country going with current thought of consumerism with no money and education with no real access to it in general to all aspirants?... And who will pay the bills in the future? Those with Government Stipend to assist them? Who will defend them? Is there enough Gold and Diamond to defend the current influx of printed money?... And Why do we ask questions everyone talk about but everyone find a way around them questions? And what is the answer? Will the Presidential Branch take over the right initiative? Or will the Congress pass the right law? And will the justice department defend the constitution and the process of legal law?... And why do we ask this questions in around Christmas? And the current recession is it just the ghost of Christmas past? And why do the Scrooges take the podium and proclaim doom and gloom?... And what choice do we have left? What card have we haven't played in the past! And what is the real joy of Christmas present? And last question in what do we trust in today? The coin still says "In God we Trust" and is it true when we try to do justice to those in the fringes of society and those who cannot afford to defend themselves?... Psalm 41... ["...Psalm 41 1Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the LORD will deliver him in time of trouble. 2The LORD will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies. 3The LORD will strengthen him upon the bed of languishing: thou wilt make all his bed in his sickness. 4I said, LORD, be merciful unto me: heal my soul; for I have sinned against thee..."] Have I repented this year or will I do it next year of what Psalm 41 calls me to do? And when will I consider the poor and some translations say consider the weak!... In God We Trust and that is quite a mouthful for anyone to utter!... Love Frank thbg
And we would think this is just for the "American" way?! And can we sustain as the "American" way! And we should consider how we think and carry on with ourselves and do we have the available wisdom and technology to help us carry on with the future?! Is the mirth at the Coffee Shop a certain fear or just a certain brand of mental 'drunkenness' to stem the fear of failin' grades at school and in the world opinion poll!...
we hope we never a favor from the world and worst a favor from God and continue with the trajectery of false assurance and really confess that perhaps we don't have thing's together at school this semester and on the national front this year?!...
And we should return to the Constitution and to God and carry out what our ancestors promised God in that same document whiich makes a tracendental declaration:
"We the Peoples of this United States hold here certain that all men are bestowes certain unalienable rights given by God which cannot be taken away!..."
And if some asks you why we are so blessed? You quote the line above so bold and intelligent that even God was impressed with it could of been Psalm 41 remindin' God to help us be just and not be ashame that we coined "IN GOD WE TRUST"...
May we all ponder and bless ourselves with this word no mattter what part of the the world we live because we mean "All men...!"
Agreed-In God We Trust-very, very powerful, short and to the heart! "Do you swear to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help you God?" "...one nation under God, indivisable.." Let us pray for our other gov'y folks , as well! Yes-all men! Be Blessed my friend! Dave
Thank you Dave for your kind words of Amen to our message! And we want to have a party where the sonf goes "Come on, ye love on your brother!..."
