The one Sunday message of another kind...!

I was praying with my Lord to deliver me from all my apprehensions and worries and stresses and problems and trials. And I needed a break and the Lord brought me a break from an unsuspecting place. We turn to Revelations 2:1-7, ["...1Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks; 2I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars: 3And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name's sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted. 4Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. 5Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent. 6But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitanes, which I also hate. 7He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God...] And I thought was really a dicerner of thoughts, lies, liars and evil. But the Lord asked me, "Where is the old charity...?" And I thought, "...I forgot, I forgot where a left it!..." And I knew that this 'other' Sunday message was for just for me. And I thanked the Lord so much to bring me out of error. What did Paul say about this? We turn our bible to 1Corinthians 13, ["...1Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. 2And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing. 3And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing. 4Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, 5Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; 6Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; 7Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. 8Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away. 9For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. 10But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away. 11When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things...] Now Paul really tells us what really matters to God in the end. "Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopes all things, endureth all things..." And being right all the time is not all the time profitable, because we forget to be kind and kindess pleases the Lord more than anything else. "Charity suffers long and is not puffed up..." If could learn that today then we could kindle the old stove love for the Lord that was there in the beginning... May you be blessed. Amen. Bye! thbg

I don't know what the other Pastors spoke about today Sunday. And I had this thought, I'm beginning to get interested in the world soccer tournament in South Africa. And I think the Lord would like that a tournament in a far-fetched place. Like the gospel going now to distant land and nations and people. It's a communion of a different sort. Paul said to look not only on your own interest but the interest of others...

With the new techonology we have and the new transformed heart and mind of Jesus no one is to far to be our freind. And we want to greet them today! Hello freind out there! How are you? We hope you are fine in Jesus! May you be blessed!...

A freind was telling me of a conversion to Jesus in the Orient. I a chill down my spine! The Lord said to me last night, "Do you know Dawn is breaking in the Orient, sleephead, get up and break the good news to those in the Orient!..." I would suppose that the Lord means big business and he is set to catch his souls...

Hallelujah! Praise God! Amen!...

Looking back to this distant message. We could of written this blog all over again!. Because how much do we need to have the Lord put back Cheer and Charity on our hearts!. We are walking with our head low and dragging our feet in the Lord! Now what is happening to us? Is the Lord somehow not as exciting like he was at first? Why have we forgotten the old joy for serving with a Cheerful heart? Beware of the grind of this world and the sin that can bog down our excitement and joy! It can begin to creep up on us unawares! May you lift up you head and have joy in the Lord...

Blessings. Chow!
