The three facet diamond... and how you can shine on all three...!

I got out of bed with this grand idea for a new blog message and looking forward to it! And then I logged in and my browser said 'no-email-messages'! And I kind of wonder about this phenomenon and if I was so excited to write the message, why the stumble over the messages? And we turn to Luke six and explore three things which among other things I wanted to remember, like if I could only count and remember three things!... One we should not judge others in way we don't want to be judged ourselves and making out of proportion assessment of others and their faults should be the first thing I have to let go, becuase the bible says so. And this will take some doing because I have this inherent idea that I'm inspite of my sins am good and others are not! And the truth is that everyone need Jesus deperately and some can coin themselves and somehow they project goodness, but the fact is that, that we should not hate anyone because everyone is a sinner inpite of every appearance and why hate someone like me who needs love and help...? And tossing the second pebble, am I a good tree? Not am I good? No, am I a good tree? Do I bear good fruit of humbleness, understanding, long-suffering, courtesy, patience and plain wisdom to be kind? Paul outlines the fruit of the spirit! Is what give out is fallow, bitter and bitter with tartness and triteness? And we need to examine why are we doing this things! Why have we become so poor in spirit to pour out hate? And should say and ask myself, why have allowed myself this kind of behavior...? Examining the third ball, we come to question, Am I sound in heeding God word and counsel? What have I built my house, sand or stone foundation? We can't win in the end without God's word and the conjectures of Jesus which stand all test of time and fire! And are we good, patient bearing good fruit apparently but building our fate on blocks of sand that stand in the sun, but will fail when the trial comes? We can be 'good' and miss the whole point! We have to be looking at the diamond of our heart from all three direction and contemplating every facet...! And we can pretend to know-it- all and have no love and charity and does not help anybody! Love endures all things! And we as humans need to give and recieve love as much as we need to walk in the right direction. And finishing if we think we are good and have a good direction and have a sense of false completeness and think we can evaluate others and weight them to see if they are faithful to some doctrine and become vain and self-glorifying then we know, even then we are just misled perhaps good Pharisees out just to get others...! We need to grasp the three facet diamon from three directions! The triangle is most stable and strongest polygon in geometry! Once complete a triagle is hard to topple. The trusses in roof are made of triangled because they can take a lot of weight without collapsing and that should be the test of our character!... May you be blessed. Amen. thbg

Of ourselves we are nothing. Only with the pressures that the Lord allows will we become like diamonds. May He help us daily to withstand the pressures in His strength and power.

Very good analogy Frank! Especially of the tree and the examples of the triangle.

Thank you Anita for your blessing on this message of threesome facet of the gem God wants to create out of us. God told moses when he was to build the Tabernacle that he closely follow the pattern show to him from God in heaven. And we too as we grow in the pattern of Jesus, we grow in these three areas and become a 'triagle' with each other and God that nothing can stand and can not defeat!!!...

May you be blessed. Amen.

And we can't help but examine how this three things go along each other. As we see, turn to Exodus 36:27-29,

["...27 He made two gold rings for it under the molding on two of its sides; [he put these] on opposite sides of it to be holders for the poles to carry it with. 28 He made the poles of acacia wood and overlaid them with gold.
29 He also made the holy anointing oil and the pure, fragrant, and expertly blended incense. (A)..."]

And we see the cold gold of the truth and the discrete comfort of comfortable of acacia wood and the sweet prayers of incense we have for each other work in the Temple altogether to complete what God want to accomplish. And we can't do with the Truth and the comfort of humbleness portrayed in wood and the balsam love and concern fragrant offering to God which fills his Tabernacle and our relationship to each other...

May you be blessed. Amen.
