Why is the gospel so hard to understand...?!

Now why is the gospel so hard to understand...? A story tells that once Peter and John went to the Temple to pray and on the way there, there was in the entrance this man who sick lame at his feet and wanted Peter or John to give him a copper coin... Peter and John did not have penny on them, and I don't know how they have breakfast? But they said to the man who was sick looking for a handout, 'I don't have coin on me, but get up and walk...!" And immediatedly the man was healed and walked and clung to them as they went inside the Temple... And Peter made a sermon out of this occurrence to say that it was not they who had healed this man but man or rather God Jesus Christ who had done the miracle...! And I think the hardest part to understand about God is the miracle part! We want everything done with experiment and control and quality control and survey and feaseability studies and system analysis and charts and projections and well everything to control this life... But when the gospel comes with miracles and that we have to trust God whom we have never seen or met, well that doesn't fit the ledger column or reason on the pocketbook... And that is why faith is so mysterious and its like a magic fountian who which never fails once we find and believe. Everything starts to happen around us! Somebody suddenly calls with a new job lead... And or someone just-for-fun invites us to eat when we are in bottom dollar and they invite the whole family...! And this about a good God who can create a miracle in your life... Right now I'm writting in the best accomodation technology to make this message possible free for you, so you can join the miracle God is perfoming in the world right now and never mind tommorrow, right now!!! So believe God and the gospel!!! He will take care of you and your loved one if you make him your guest today, tonite or this morning...!!! just-for-fun ...thbg

And I think we have to move from making less apologies for the gospel and more assertions for the faithfulness of God. Turn to Romans 2:1-6,

["... 1 Therefore, anyone of you who judges is without excuse. For when you judge another, you condemn yourself, since you, the judge, do the same things. 2 We know that God's judgment on those who do such things is based on the truth. 3 Do you really think€”anyone of you who judges

those who do such things yet do the same€”that you will escape God's judgment? 4 Or do you despise the riches of His kindness, restraint, and patience, not recognizing that God's kindness is intended to lead you to repentance? 5 But because of your hardness and unrepentant heart you

are storing up wrath for yourself in the day of wrath, when God's righteous judgment is revealed. 6 He will repay each one according to his works :..."]

Now how are we going to point out wrong things if we cannot point our anything wrong with what anybody who is led astray does...? And God has a stern message for those who wrongfully judge other in a demeaning manner!!!

I was watching a show on TV called "Past Lives" and a young girl saved the life of convicted murderer who was sentenced to die in the gas chamber for a murder he did not commit!!!

And I was thought to save a man's life and I'm not into phychotic power or premonitions or dreams, but I thought it was a nice thought to save some one's life by any means...

And sometimes we have to get away from the 'thou shall nots' and get serious about saving those who have committed sins but God wants to stay their execution!!! And when God wants something, he want something!!! And he will get that something!!! By any means you would perhaps not imagine!!! He will get his man and save that life!!!...

And just about turning about to go to bed and retire and take it easy...well I forgot the station wagon was still outside...I rushed and drove it into the garage...boy that was risky forgetting that...the car out!!!...Perhaps God still has someone wandering in the streets he wants to save...

May you be blessed. Amen.
