We turn to Revelations 6:5-6, ["... 5And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. 6And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine...] Now come the poverty of the world. Why would a such a kind God allow people to starve to death. The severity of error is merciless and severe. And God allows it because of the lies people allow themselves to take in and believe. It did not have to be this way. Jesus said, "My wish is that you have life and have it all aboundantly...!" But no. We has to lust for those ideas which just don't please God. Children starving and wasting. But they never been taught to pray and give God thanks who created all thing in heaven and on earth... What did God want people to do and be careful to do, Psalm 1, ["...1Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. 2But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. 3And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. 4The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away. 5Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. 6For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish...] For the family, Psalm 128, ["...1Blessed is every one that feareth the LORD; that walketh in his ways. 2For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee. 3Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table. 4Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the LORD. 5The LORD shall bless thee out of Zion: and thou shalt see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life. 6Yea, thou shalt see thy children's children, and peace upon Israel...] And how God wanted to bless the family. And those who are sick or are in trouble? Psalm 41:1-3, ["...1Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the LORD will deliver him in time of trouble. 2The LORD will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies. 3The LORD will strengthen him upon the bed of languishing: thou wilt make all his bed in his sickness...] And this is the tip of the iceberg of blessings. And those who have never heard and treated the truth perhaps have never tasted these blessing. I we would only believe. Now you may see why this information has a seal. We were so ungrateful to listen to God and then expected him to take care of us while we worship and adore and serve other gods, ideas and strange precepts. And it all started with the liars who sow the seed of dissention from the truth and bring in the fruit of discord and hate and war and contention, even amongst ourselves!... We expect God to deliver us and bless us when even his name is curse word amongst us and we teach our children to have disregard for God and his goodness and take it all for granted and bless those who teach the wrong things in schools, and even when we go to Sunday school and church, we still haven't come to the knowledge of the truth! Always learning, but never coming to understand the basic glorious truth of how Glorious God is even when we see daily and observe all that he has created. And we eat his bread without thought how kind God is to give us a job or an occupation by which we can provide for ourselves and those we love... It's all sad the dissimulation and then someone says, why do bad thing happen to good people? If we listen to God and not the liars, we would never have to worry about anything but worship God! Closing Psalm 23, ["...1The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. 2He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. 3He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. 4Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. 5Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. 6Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever...] Surely goodness would follow us all the days of our life and in the end of our days here, then live in the house of the LORD forever!...If we only put our trust on Jesus...! May you have a pleasant, blessed evening, night and morning. Amen. thbg
And it's so sad sometimes that we think that we have bad luck and nothing seems to work. Perhaps the heaviness is unavoidable and would happen in any case. But sometime we bring it among ourselved by turning our back on our hope- God himself when worship the whims of men. Jesus told the Pharisee and people of his day that they were quick to praise him with words but that their devotion was really far away because they believe on doctrined passed on by men. Let's turn there and see for ourselves, Isaiah 29:13,
["...13Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:..]
This worship is more wor-shop, where we shop for ideas that fit our whim about Jesus and make us feel good and we want to praise him for those wor-shop ideas that we have bought at the whim store. And it is in vain. God will not bless you for making errors, only for confessing them and turning from them towards him. And it's a hard deal because everyone claims to know the truth and be a qualified spokes-person for Christ...but it is not truth it is in-vain and poverty will proceed from the violence and lies nested in our hearts...Matthew 24:6-8,
["... 6And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
7For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
8All these are the beginning of sorrows...]
