O sea and land hear the Word of the Lord

The Lord calls us to stand up and prophesy to the storm – Be still and dissipate; be sucked into the great hole that has been prepared for you.

I hear the Holy Sprit reminding the body of Christ that we have been give authority over all things.  I hear the Holy Spirit calling to those believers who have the mind of Christ and are resting in his peace in the stern.  Now is the time says the Lord to stand up and rebuke the winds and waves for I am not in the hurricane.

Look to me says the Lord of Hosts, not to the waves and winds for I will not be found in them.  Stand under my name and be firm unmoveable in my love and grace with praise and thanksgiving being found upon your lips.  Put on Christ and stand up in the rocking boat stretch out your hand and watch my power and grace at work.

Great will be my glory says the Lord and strong will be your voice in the land that I will redeem from the years of the locust and the canker worm.

The LORD thunders at the head of his army; his forces are beyond number, and mighty is the army that obeys his command. The day of the LORD is great; it is dreadful. Who can endure it?  Joel 2:11

The Lord whose voice commands the winds, the storm and the hurricanes to calm, restore the peace in the lives of the people and protect the people and their homes from the Hurricanes. In Jesus name. Amen.

A friend of mine from back in my college days and her husband recently moved to Tortola (BVI) which is his original homeland. She happens to be in the US right now but he was there. She heard from him yesterday and he is well but he has sent her pictures. She posted that he was finally able to get to their house today. All he told her was that it was bad. Their car is badly damaged as well and someone stole the battery. Their church was destroyed as well. The airport is closed indefinitely and the ferries have been destroyed so it is uncertain when she will be able to go home. She shared this message on Facebook: "T.R.U.S.T. (The Lord Requires Unconditional Surrender to Him). Is it easy? NO it is not always easy. It is in times like these we find out what we are really made of." He is the Master of the Storm... no matter what!
