Ryan and I have had the chance to witness to my exboyfriend twice now. We witnessed to him in the way where you present the Law first, to help them realize their sin, and realize that they cannot get to heaven without Christ sacrifice. (Check it out at [url= of the Master[/url] ) After it is all said and done, we wait for a response, but yet nothing. We tell him take time to seriously think about what we have said. I also listen to Way of the Master Radio and I have heard numerous times them witness to some of the most lost people ever. Most of the time the person gets real quiet and starts thinking, other times they reject it full force. And what do they do after wards? Shake the dust off their feet and move on to someone else. And whoever will not receive you nor hear your words, when you depart from that house or city, shake off the dust from your feet. Assuredly, I say to you, it will be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah in the day of judgment than for that city! Matthew 10:14,15 I was listening to their program on my way to work and they said this and it really hit me It is God's job to convert, it is our job to proclaim the Gospel God has called us to proclaim His Word Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. 2 Timothy 4:2. God did not tell us to go save everyone. NO! He said preach the Word , proclaim what Christ has done for our sin. It is NOT our job to change peoples hearts, but to put the message in their hearts. God will do the rest. Some might not accept and reject, BUT we must not think it is our fault for their rejection. We still should pray for the ones we witnessed to and be ready to answer questions, but we shouldn't take it on ourselves if they reject. It is NOT us who saves, it is God.
